"The food at the accommodation is delicious, but the swimming pool has a lot of leaves and low water. I stayed on the 4th floor but there was no elevator. The room was clean and convenient to travel. 6/10"

"I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and the location just so good it took me 20 mins walk from and to the Northern Pattaya Bus Terminal. Moreover it was only 10 mins walk to Terminal 21 or 5 mins to Big C Marina for food or fruits at superstore. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Bottles of water and coffee provided for daily basis The balcony was another addiontal points The only downside was the aircon a bit old and noisy."

"The apartment we had was very good, it was on the 14th floor of the block, so had a brilliant view of the sea and sunset from the main bedroom and balcony. The apartment was very spacious and had plenty of room for at least 4 people. There was a washing machine on the balcony but didn’t use it and pans and plates etc are provided. The Wi-Fi is good and air con in every room. The only negative from me were the beds as they were hard but that’s just us not being used to very hard beds but the pillows were soft."

"This is the most comfortable homestay I have stayed in Thailand. The room is very clean, the two swimming pools are very beautiful, the hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the pier pedestrian street, there are double cars when you go out, the boss is Chinese very enthusiastic, what you want to play directly ask the boss, do not need to do a strategy. "The room is a one-bedroom apartment with an invincible infinity pool on the rooftop. You can pick up the key by yourself and there is no contact throughout the process. It is perfect for people like me who are socially anxious. The apartment is very clean and safe. You need to punch in to enter the elevator and gym. There is a garbage room on the same floor, and there is no odor. The room has dual air conditioners, which provide excellent cooling and are very quiet at night. Close to the Northern Bus Station, it is very convenient to travel to and from Bangkok. The only drawback is that it is relatively far from the pedestrian street and songthaews. I don't like taking taxis, I always walk to Terminal 21 and take a songthaew. However, if you want to go to Terminal 21, you can walk there directly. It is a straight road out of the apartment and it takes about 15-20 minutes. All in all, the price/performance ratio is very high, I recommend it to everyone!"

"The room is clean and cute. There are both small and large rooms. I just booked a large room. There is a large TV. There is a hot water kettle, coffee, water. The furniture is complete. The staff is good and takes good care of you. As for food, don't worry. You can order and the order will be served to your room. Everything is convenient. You can relax like you are at home. Next time, I will definitely use the service again. It is safe. I recommend it (because this trip I traveled alone)."

"Style apartment, soft pillows, strong water, slow internet. If it's a festival, check in is late, wait 30 minutes to clear the room. If you buy breakfast, it's not a buffet but a set. Before checking out, there was a small mistake, the electricity went out first, probably related to the technician who came to fix the electricity on that floor, so I decided to check out early."

"Мне важно было удобство удаленной работы и территории для отдыха. Что понравилось: 1. Очень крутой и добрый хозяин, разрешил мне по времени пораньше на пару часиков заехать и на часик позже выехать, чтоб я не ждала. Приятно и удобно. Спасибо ему за это. 2. Удобная территория, и зал свой хороший, и зоны красивые где поработать, в пентхаусе на 33 этаже есть столы и розетки, диваны. На балкончике открытом работать тоже супер с видом на море и город. 3. Красивый безумно вид. И балкончики топ. Ради этого точно стоит приехать. 4. На территории есть 2 массажных салона ( один точно хороший, проверила) , 7/11, рынок через дорогу, очень вкусный манго с рисом за 60 бат. Прям у входа в аппарты есть вендинговый аппарат с вкусным кофе и чаем. 5. Комната приятная для проживания и можно включать ютуб и слушать музыку или нетфликс смотреть. 6. На территории ощущаешь себя безопасно и комфортно. 7. Есть кухня в номере и можно готовить. Позавтракать можно купить в 7/11 или кафе на территории. 8. На такси можно добираться и до военного пляжа, и до танцующей девушки, и до куда надо. До порта тоже недалеко. 50-100 бат. Пробок нет. Минусы: 1. Если вы прям чистюля, не идеальная чистота в самом номере. Но думаю если б я попросила хозяина, то пришли б прибрались. Есть швабра, можно и самим прибираться. 2. Есть запах из туалета, но это проблема в целом в Тайланде. 3. Не нашла где пообедать рядом, но днём была на пляжах и ела там. А ночью на ночных рынках. Больше минусов нет) Очень подходят аппарты для удаленщиков и кому нужен зал и бассейн. И кто ценит , что все есть на территории. Очень приятные впечатления, посоветовала реально друзьям, кто на долго хочет поехать."
