I stayed on the 17 flr of the hotel from 21 - 23 Dec. View from room window was great. Room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Bed was too comfortable and caused us to miss the morning alarm. Frontdesk and room service staff were very helpful. When I feedback that the room was too cold, they offered a heater and it was delivered to my room shortly after. I look forward to staying at the hotel again.

Very happy to be able to stay at the Alva Hotel, the hotel facilities are very complete, the lobby is large and the cleanliness is excellent! Apart from that, the staff are very friendly and very helpful. and most importantly for tourists, it is very easy to reach because in front of the hotel there is a bus stop and it is also close to the MTR station. If I have the opportunity to return to Hong Kong, I will definitely stay again at the Alva Hotel❤️❤️❤️❤️

I highly recommend this Hotel. The location is excellent. 5 minutes to the subway, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores right downstairs.It's near the river which has an awesome bike and running path on both sides. Excellent for runners or if you just want to go for a walk. The gym is also one of the best I've seen in a hotel. The concierge, Tommy, went out of his way to help me with some translation issues with my banking. I was upgraded to a river view room for free and the view, for Hong Kong, was excellent. Will definitely stay here again next time.

Having lived in a hotel in Hong Kong, this elevator is relatively new. The room is clean and tidy, the service is good, there is no one-time wash, just give it if you ask. There is no conversion plug. It is that the soundproofing of the street is not good, and it is noisy to sleep at night, and I did not sleep well. I personally hope this hotel is going to remain off the map of frequent travelers for a little while because it will run the risk of being fully booked permanently.It is located in San Po Kong, one of the industrial areas of Begone Hong Kong, near the former Kai Tak Airport. It is a well-deserved public transport area, with buses and MTR lines taking you anywhere you wish to be. The rooms are spotless. And there are plenty of restaurants nearby! You might have difficulty finding the hotel because it seems to be totally undercovered. No sign, nothing. They were open for business just a few months ago!
