Our location is extremely convenient—there are bus and MTR stations right downstairs, and we are surrounded by shopping malls and food streets. Many well-known tourist attractions are also nearby.We sincerely apologize that the noise from the upper floor affected your stay experience. If you need to change rooms, please feel free to inform our staff directly, and we will do our best to arrange it for you. Regarding the housekeeper talking too loudly, I have already fed back this issue to her, and she has stated that she will pay more attention to this in the future.Thank you very much for your feedback and recommendation. Response from Property: We are sorry about that delay the check in time . Normally our check in time is 2:30pm but that day is the poplic holiday we have many rooms to do check in and check out, so that we need to spend more time on cleaning and tidying the bed in order to make all the rooms are cleaning.Another room we need re-set up the new air conditioner therefore over our check in time to 6:00pm.As our fault,please accept our apologies and we keep promise to maintain our good service by our pupose to treat every customer as the family.😁😁🙏🙏
