The hotel has amazing amenities the swimming pool area so relaxing. Their breakfast has variety of options. Location is so convenient the metro station in a walkable distance less than 100 meters. İ highly recommend this hotel.

Very cozy room - a two single-bed room with a sofa bed to accomodate three people. Checked in late but checked out very early in the morning. The fast checkout （leaving key in the room）really saves some time as we don't need to visit the front desk again.

We book studio room and it's massive. Few minutes walk from the University station which is very convenient.

A decent choice if you don’t want to fly but would like to enjoy the feeling of being away home, and the joy of staying next to pool or a bit of gym.

Booked this hotel by mistake, thinking it was in Tsim Sha Tsui. While the room was a good size and near University Station (East Rail Line), the location meant significant travel time and cost for sightseeing and shopping. Great for a staycation, but not ideal if you plan to explore Hong Kong extensively. Vegan toiletries and a filtered water dispenser really made me love the stay more.

Overall my girlfriend and I had a very positive experience staying at Hyatt Regency --- the staff were very polite and hospitable during our stay --- we ate twice at the hotel's restaurant "Cafe" ; once during the morning for their buffet and A La Carte Dinner --- The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food options to accommodate anyone's cravings and diet restrictions. We ordered the Beef Tenderloin and the the Prawn Linguine for dinner and loved it + got classic cocktails (Mojito and Pina Colada) and their were well made ~ When we choose to stay again at Hyatt Regency, Sha Tin in the future --- we would probably consider getting the Harbor View and enjoy their other facilities (e.g.) Tennis, the pool, their Bar at the 4/F, etc

Lovely hotel which exceeded my expectations. I stayed in a Club room and the room was big and comfortable, with a nice view of the mountains. No noise from other rooms. The toiletries were especially nice and the filtered water machine was a great addition to the room. Pool area is quiet, clean and surrounded by greenery. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Rainie on Reception, Tommy at the pool and Godfrey in Club Lounge. Great selection of food and drinks in the evening and all the waiting staff were very attentative. I would stay again. Thank you!

Everyday housekeeping is good, clean and efficient. Room service food is good. Just like dining in the restaurant.
