Clean and tidy, right next to The Chinese University of Hong Kong. It's just a 3-minute walk to University Station.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel, the room was very clean, spacious and had a great view. The pool was amazing. It is situated right outside University train station so easy to get to. Fabulous breakfast for a reasonable price.

As a 5-star hotel, the bedding hygiene needs improvement. Since we checked in late, we didn't notice it until the next morning when we found unknown blood-like fluid stains on the bedsheet and disgusting stains on the headboard. The state of the personal linens significantly affected my wife's and my stay.

I'm not sure why there's a musty smell in this hotel. I booked a business suite for four people on the platform, but the woman at the front desk who checked me in immediately said there would be a fee of over 200 per person for the third guest. Does such a large hotel really not bother to check the guest's booked room type before making a judgment? If they lack such basic awareness, how can they provide good service? And she didn't even apologize after realizing her mistake! The hotel environment is quite good, and it's close to the subway, plus my room had a nice sea view! However, the restaurant downstairs is expensive and not tasty, I wouldn't recommend it! Even their signature lobster dish was bad, too much alcohol taste!

I really love this hotel. This was my second stay, and the room was spacious and bright, which is a rare find in expensive Hong Kong. It's very convenient to walk to New Town Plaza for dining and shopping. This time, I also visited CUHK, which is beautifully situated by the mountains and water – it was a great experience.

The hotel is very close to the Hong Kong exit, it's quiet, and the hygiene is excellent. The transportation is very convenient; University Station is about 200 meters from the hotel. There aren't many dining options nearby, just a 7-Eleven and a Maxim's Cafe at the University Station exit.

Pretty good. The location is very convenient, with a mini-bus terminal nearby and the subway station not far away. The hotel gym is decent too, with complete equipment, and the hotel restaurant serves good food.

This hotel perfectly met my needs: the room and bed were large, with ample space for an extra bed; there was a water dispenser, avoiding the use of single-use bottled water; the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, offering flexibility; it featured a comfortable office chair and a vanity table; it's very close to the subway station and on the East Rail Line, making it convenient to travel both north and south; the window view was lovely and relaxing, and bikes were available for rent; the lighting was well-designed, allowing for different mood settings; the service was also excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

This was the most embarrassing stay ever! The soundproofing is terrible. My neighbors were loud for over an hour, and with a child present, it was incredibly annoying. I'm even worried about what impact it might have had on the kid.

This was my first time staying in the University of Hong Kong area, and the room was quite spacious for Hong Kong, especially with the sea view I chose. The hotel environment is excellent, the service is great, and the location is very convenient for getting around.

This hotel is excellent and highly recommended; it offers fantastic value for money. On previous trips to Hong Kong, I stayed in other downtown hotels that were expensive and tiny. Here, the East Rail Line is very convenient, and the hotel has beautiful views. Most importantly, the rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, and the service is great. You can also visit the nearby Chinese University of Hong Kong. I forgot something when I left, and the hotel reception kindly helped me mail it home. Many thanks!

The Hyatt Regency Sha Tin is a great choice when you want a quieter and more relaxing side of Hong Kong. 🌿🌊 The hotel feels spacious, comfortable and peaceful compared with staying in the middle of Kowloon or Hong Kong Island. The rooms are large by Hong Kong standards 🛏️, with many offering beautiful views of Tolo Harbour and the surrounding mountains. ⛰️🌊 The pool 🏊♂️ and overall resort-like atmosphere are also a nice escape from the city. The location is obviously farther from Central and Tsim Sha Tsui, but the MTR 🚇 makes getting around relatively easy. For me, the extra space, peaceful surroundings and scenery make up for the distance. ⭐️ 4.5/5 — A comfortable and relaxing alternative to staying in central Hong Kong. 🇭🇰✨

This is the best value-for-money hotel in Hong Kong. The environment and service are excellent, and it's close to Sai Kung. My friends and I took a taxi to Sai Kung for a seafood meal. I highly recommend it to my friends! This hotel is also right across from my home, which is super convenient.
