Ramada Hong Kong Harbour View Reviews

Location is good as just walking distance to mtr station, and cleanliness is acceptable. but in terms of room size, it is very small. mine is a standard room, but actually there is no proper working desk or bench, but just a movable computer desk at the gap between the bed and the wall. and the toilet area is extremely small, that the toilet seat is just next to the sliding door, only a small gap between the bathtub and toilet seat. and the washing basin is outside the toilet just next to the door. basically, these small spaces make the room stay quite inconvenient. anyway, with the price, it can still be acceptable and reasonable if you don't mind the very small spaces.

Service terrible staff rude room dirty. I booked a deluxe harbour view it’s not a harbour view you can see a little bit of water 😂 the windows are so dirty I thought Hong Kong had permanent fog! windows dirty mirrors dirty room grubby bed as hard as concrete the lifts don’t work it’s really noisy you can hear the other rooms talk - wash and everything else the air con in room can not adjust. Room was so hot!   The house keeping staff start at 7am and they are not quiet trust me your getting up at 7am like it or not.  On the phones shouting hovering you hear it all.  Powder coffee in the room I did not think powder coffee was a thing any more. The kettle has to go on the carpet to boil it as only one plug socket!  The room is so small I could not unfold my suitcase. No space for the suitcase at all!  I was not going to leave a review as I hate negative posts but I feel I should. It’s a two star hotel at best.. bathroom Is so small you can not sit on the toilet 🙈…. The staff were just so rude. Check went like this a man said to me checking in or checking out in a very abrupt manner I said checking in please he said passport! This was the exact conversation he then handed me a key with know further conversation and went back to his phone like nothing not a word 😂 if it was a small hotel I would not bother but Ramada is a big group! You can do better Ramada a lot better! Bellow is a photo of my bed after house keeping had been in also a phot of my towel. The safe is so small my phone would not fit 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈

Very bad hotel , rooms are small you cant even walk , no heating , the room was very cold , the breakfast is very bad 150 for 2 eggs and some toasts and butter

The receptionists were professional and polite to my inquiries.The subway station is within 5 minutes walk .Just a few stations to get to the Central station.The location was close to my destination.Breakfast buffet was really nice,variable.The room was cleaned every day while I went to have breakfast.

The staff in the restaurant was the rudest we’ve ever encountered! First, he kept asking my room number when I had already given him, making me feel uncomfortable!!! Second, when we just wanted to sit down before going, he refused us and spoke in a vile manner. The room was small and the bedsheets had hair, with the toilet having an odd smell. Utterly disappointed!!

Great location, friendly staff, and a room with a wonderful view. But the bathroom?! It has to be a safety violation to be that small! I was so scared I would fall climbing out of the tub/shower. Remove the tub and just leave it as a shower. Otherwise, someone will likely get hurt. I don't know about other rooms, but that one is a no.

This hotel is lousy. Extremely bad and it's extremely dirty. Their service is bad. We wanted to cancel the remaining nights after getting multiple bites and rashes but disallow by them. There is another couple of guest staying there which experience the same. I ask them for their GM name and they refused to give. Their review in trip probably is fake. Please read their Google review. Claimed to be 4 stars hotel but don't even have concierge and their staff is not helpful. Really regret booking here. Giving Hong Kong a really bad name.

it was very nice all the staff ar accomodating and they welcomed me as if the hotel is my home. i am sure that i will be coming back to this hotel thank you for the love

The hotel, though is near a metro, is very small. The interior is dated and gives a claustrophobic feel. There is not many food choices nearby too.

We booked a Deluxe Room Seaview upper floor with a queen-size bed. We could hardly see the sea. We looked at a lot of building walls. The queen-size bed is only 1.4m x 1.7m!!!!!! It's not queen-size. But a larger bed wouldn't fit in it either. It's very narrow and there's no room for suitcases. The photos have been edited well. Save your money for that room category. I can't recommend the hotel and wouldn't book it again.

This hotel was a great value for money at a very convenient location and right next to an MTR station. You get what you paid for: the rooms are HK-size (small) but comfortable; and the hotel is long overdue for a renovation, but it was all very clean and the housekeeping team was very attentive. I got a harbour-view room on a high floor and that was beautiful.

Location good , staff ok, but room so tight look at the toilet next to small bath . Not needed . Plus book it because of harbour view but no harbour view :(

The room is really small and a bit old, which is normal for Hong Kong it seems. Other than that though it was great, a really nice location and super central and convenient with a decent view. For the price, well worth it.

A typical small room in Hong Kong. The space can only accommodate two single beds and a narrow walkway to the toilet. However, the sea view from the room is lovely and gives me a refreshing start to the morning. Overall, it is good
