Hotels in Central and Admiralty, Hong Kong

I probably wouldn’t stay here again, the hotel is old and the price for much more modern and luxurious accommodations are similar if not cheaper elsewhere. Great view from the room though even though it was only on the 5th floor.

I had an exceptional stay at the Conrad Hotel Hong Kong. The hotel offers luxurious, spacious rooms with stunning city views and top-notch comfort. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a seamless experience. Dining options were excellent, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays. I look forward to returning!

Overall, it was a great experience, but there are a few things that could be improved. The towels could be of better quality, and the receptionist handling calls had a strong accent, which wasn’t as good English compared to other hotels. Moreover, she seemed quite unwilling to accommodate a late check-out request, which unfortunately came across as arrogance.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Murray. The location is fantastic close to the Peak and Central. The hotel is still relatively new, and the room design was spacious, quiet and very dark which was great for sleeping. There is a wide selection of resturants and bars. We were spoilt for choice! Thank you Florence and Management in helping us deal with an reservation issue.

Located in Mid-levels with a short 5min walk to the escalators, this hotel has good service and clean rooms. The rooms are usually HK standard with a bigger than usual bathroom. There’s a small gym as well as a study room. They also have regular free shuttle from the hotel to Central MTR station and admiralty Overall a comfy place to stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with direct mall access to the mall and MTR. The rooms were fresh feeling and large bathrooms. Bed was soft and amazing. Mountain view with partial harbour view was OK, but not worth paying extra for. The check-in service was very manual and slow. Given this was the holiday period, but the process when engaged was very slow. We used the swimming pool which needs a refresh when compared to the Shangri-La next door. There are good gym and also dining options.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the downside, there were security issues, as anyone could access the guest room floors, which made me feel a bit uneasy. Additionally, the lighting in the room was quite dim, which detracted from the overall ambiance. However, the service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond by preparing champagne glasses and slippers for us, and they even helped deliver items to our room. Overall, while the security concern and dim lighting were significant drawbacks, the attentive service made the stay more enjoyable.

Quite an expensive hotel for what you get. Room and hallway were a bit smelly - not sure if it was because of the public toilet that was on our floor? But it wasn’t the greatest smell. Also, the hotel is under construction, so there was a lot of banging and noise happening. The front staff were very friendly and helpful though. The room was very small and you couldn’t open the draw to get the coffee or tea out because the door couldn’t open. The bathroom was also quite big with a good shower though. Some complimentary water would have been nice. Overall, not the best place, but the bed was comfortable for the one night.

Hotel itself was clean and tidy, but what a walk up that hill and staircases from the MTR! Not trip for heavy luggage!! Room itself was small but clean and you could hear your neighbors. Not a big fan of the disposable towels, but suitable for 1-2 nights for 1-2 people. Staff was nice and helpful. Would stay again.
