We visited the hotel to have a spa and pool day. The spa is super small, but the service was great. The pool and pool staff are an absolute mess. They double charged me and produced no receipt for the transaction. When I asked for them to refund me, they said they would be in touch to correct it. The letter was apparently not working. Also, I had to include a photo of the garnish they put on my drink because it was the end of a bruised banana lol. We asked to speak to the front desk manager to resolve it, but he never came out so we had to talk to a front desk agent. The manager came out and talked to other guests, but still would not resolve the issue. This is not 5-star service. I will never visit a four seasons again.
