The front desk staff and breakfast staff was fantastic. Housekeeping was lacking. We had to go to the front desk for towels, cups, and toilet paper. No clean sheets or bed made for 4 nights. They did empty garbage and dirty towels once.

Selecting this hotel was the best decision we made, since we did not trust much in the hotels around the activity where we were. I recommend that if you are looking for a clean and comfortable place for your family, consider this hotel if you plan to visit Houston Apart from that breakfast is included and good. My family and I give it 5 stars. because it is just as you see in the photos.

Overall the stay was just ok. The power in the hotel went out twice causing the AC to go out so needless to say it was extremely hot in TX in August so I had to get up and go to my car to sit in the AC. Also the night worker at the hotel kept asking my boyfriend if he was a guest and staying there and insisted on knowing our room number as proof every night. That was really upsetting and frustrating to say the least especially to keep asking every night it made him feel like he was being profiled. Lastly we waited hours for fresh towels.

Clean and friendly staff. Especially the guy who helped us on the counter to checked out. He also gave snacks for my son as he knew it was his birthday during that day. 5 stars all the way.

This property was very comfortable. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. There are some restaurants within walking distance of the hotel if you did not bring a car; However, it is a bit far from popular tourist locations. Overall, this hotel provided excellent quality for an affordable price.
