There was a host at the restaurant who answered my questioned very rudely then asked me was i staying at the hotel.
I was very hurt. Other than that the hotel was great.

Stayed at this little gem for one night found it last minute before my trip to Houston I really liked the decor of the hotel it’s also in a great location, I tried to check in an hour early and that didn’t go as planned other than that valet parking the restaurant and room was well worth it

The vallet was the worst i have ever experienced. Sat on the road for 30 min waiting for the vallet, and still had to park my own car..yet there is no option but vallet and you have to pay for it. My city view was a joke..i paid extra for a high floor with a city view and couldn't see anything except the roof of the hotel lobby. Not worth the price i paid for the hotel. Will NOT stay again

The hotel is absolutely lovely. Our room was super clean and very comfortable. There seemed to have been a kitchen staff insurrection, so they had to close the fancy restaurant we wanted to try, and there was only one bartender and the manager was cooking a limited bar menu! I will give those two ladies a lot of credit as they handled the stress with aplomb.

A table was not installed in the room. so, I could not use PC. I asked the front desk to bring a table at 3 pm. However, at 9 pm there was not a table in the room. I called again the front desk. Then someone brought a table.
The towel in the bath was not replaced the next day.

I just wanted to say the lady working the front desk. She’s great! Really made my wife’s night & also thanks to the valet. Real cool dudes! Bryan/brian at the front desk also helped with the later check out. We’ll be back as always

Probably one of the best hotels i have been too. Service was impeccable and lots of amenities. Staff were all nice. Loved the Tesla shuttle service. Also get a drink and food credit in your stay. Late checkout was great as well.

The rooms were nice and the shuttle service was excellant. The food services at Rosalie for dinner and breakfast at the main area were subpar for a Hilton. Really poor. The front desk were totally useless. Always smiling and polite but little to no knowledge about surrounding places to visit and things to do. Often told I don’t know and it wasn’t from staff being trained. Do not recommend this hotel.
