I really super liked this hotel. I didn't expect the single room I booked to be like an entire apar**ent with partitions of living room, bedroom, dining area, kitchen, and toilet. It has complete stuff inside even a fridge and there's also a small balcony. The breakfast buffet was also nice with variety of food choices plus the room looks cozy and elegant. The only thing I would recommend / suggest is for staff to try their best to communicate in English especially if they have foreign visitors. Overall, I would love to book with this hotel again next time. Keep it up!

朋友推薦來住的，在期待中得更好，一進大堂香氛就愛住了，辦入住的時候驚喜的發現居然有免費的卸粧濕巾提供，一整個愛住，房間是一室一廳的套房，衞生間也是獨立的，像家一樣的感覺，地下停車場超大，對於我這種新手司機簡直太友好。還有還有，酒店的早餐也非常豐富，環境也很好，最愛的是現煮的麪條，中午打電話到前台要等朋友想要遲一會退房，前台也是欣然同意，前台的趙艷麗小姐姐要點名表揚一下，退房時還送了我小禮物。真是從入住到退房都非常周到。總結來説就是一家性價比超高的酒店，是我下次去洪澤的不二之選

出差到洪澤，在網上看評價很好，抱着試試看的心態，定了一間房間，進門讓我眼前一亮，是一室一廳的户型，房間衞生很乾凈，服務員很熱情，前台服務非常好，還送了歡迎水果，超級棒的酒店，下次還會入住芳草谷酒店。

酒店內部環境優雅整潔，房間寬敞明亮、乾淨整潔、舒適温馨。服務人員黃黃熱情周到，對於客人的要求都能盡力滿足。酒店的地理位置也很便利，周邊有遊覽的景點四大淡水湖洪澤湖還有方特，很不錯，入住這家酒店旅遊體驗非常愉快。

22年住過一次，覺得不錯，這次來方特又毫不猶豫選了他家，因為孩子喜歡就六百多訂了親子房，三個房間，最小的小童房有粉色帳篷看起來還不錯，女兒説完這個房間，結果要睡覺整理被子時候發現一團血跡，直接噁心爆了。本以為就這一個房間床品沒有更換，結果第二天我老公説身上癢，兒子臉上癢，一看都過敏了。簡直是災難。太失望了。

本來想住在市區，但是沒有找到合適的房型就被系統推薦到了這家酒店。作為目的地是淮安市區的我們，真的有點雞肋。在洪澤湖畔，離方特很近，但是離湖還有好幾公里，窗口衹能看到蔬菜大棚。
酒店本身是酒店式公寓改建的，除了電梯容量嚴重不足，設施上沒什麼大毛病，但是把所有的抽屜櫃門都用釘子鎖死也是很有想法了。
前台服務很好，早餐餐廳雖然人滿為患，但是補菜及時。

二個房間+1個棋牌室，一個廁所，廚房煤氣灶是封掉的，不能燒火。
早餐算是不錯的，熱麪檔的麪條超好吃！
到方特打車過去很方便，滴滴一叫就有了，10分鐘就到了。
來的時間送了迎賓水果，走的時候還送了小禮物，服務。
細節衞生方面可以再加強些。

酒店整體還行，價格不貴，房間都是大套間，理論上性價比很高，但是住了兩天問題也挺多
按照發生的順序一個個列:
1. 在我入住之前我懷疑那個房間有一陣子沒人住了，洗面池積水都積了一層油膜，掀開馬桶蓋子同樣發現一層油膜，而且伴隨着一股噁心的令人反胃的味道，我沖了好幾遍馬桶都不能完全消除那股味道，這個也許是單個房間個例，但是剛好我碰上了真給噁心的不行
2. 淋浴間花灑的水温忽冷忽熱，在水壓放到最大熱水開到一半的情況，從冷到燙再到冷再到燙，每十秒左右一個循環，熱水開到最大倒是不會變了，但是也燙的沒法洗了，兩晚洗澡的體驗都很糟糕
3. 早餐非常簡陋，看着挺高大上的早餐廳，結果除了一個麪鋪之外提供的食物也比較有限，且味道基本不太行，以及補充食物的速度慢到令人髮指，不管是第一天不太忙或者第二天人滿為患，感覺都是很慢或者基本不補充，甚至勺子早早沒了也沒見補充的……最後早餐基本靠煎雞蛋和酸奶填肚子
4. 前一天還在説都是套間，隔壁不是別人的卧室真好，結果第二晚就遇到樓上的房間來了客人，晚上瘋到12點多都還是特別吵鬧，説話聲音都聽的很清楚，直接神經衰弱
5. 入住的第二天是遊客高峯期，28層樓但是衹有兩部電梯，且電梯邏輯有問題，明明滿員了上不了人，有時候又不顯示滿載，結果就是從高層開始一層層停然後每層都上不去人，結果就是等電梯一等十幾二十多分鐘，沒啥辦法，除非高峯開放員工電梯使用
