酒店環境一般般，打車跟師傅説幾次也不怎麼好找，最最最無語的是，從一進酒店那個服務真給我整無語了，那個前台服務員，不知道是看我們幾個女孩子消費不起還是怎麼樣，態度真的特別特別差，講話聲音特別特別小，臉色特別特別的難看，在那裡擺臉色，感覺全程連眼皮都沒抬一下的那種，我感覺我説的話都比他的多，他唯一説的我聽清的一句話可能就是你是付款寶還是微信？付按金的時候全程態度真的特別特別差，然後我後面想着可能是她人可能本來就這樣吧，説話聲音説不大，又或者是心情不好什麼什麼的，我都在盡力理解，但在我們要上電梯那一瞬間，我回頭看到他跟酒店大堂裏的另一個男生，有説有笑的，我真的氣死了。真的從外地來剛在懷化就遇到這樣的事情，真的大打折扣，第2天也果斷的打算不續住了，還有第2天去退房的時候，剛開始找不到人是在旁邊吃飯，然後來退房的時候，最後我沒有聽清楚，他説那個按金會原路返回，就打開了我的收款碼，然後她就用那種很不好的那種語氣説了一句 跟會原路返回。我衹能説寶寶們如果是想花一個同價位的價錢找酒店就不要選他們家，因為光這個前台服務真的讓我很噁心。真的不理解，當一個酒店前台她有什麼可高貴的。還有上電梯的時候，電梯裏也是一大股煙味，還有酒店外那個走廊，也是有一股奇怪的味道。反正建議寶寶們去選擇其他更好的。
