Muna is relatively new. 9 rooms or so in hotel with lift. Hualien does not seem to have many big hotels. Mostly boutique hotels and dont look new to me.
Room size is average with limited walking space. Sufficient space if travelling as a couple with one luggage.
Do take note that they do not clean your room. So u empty ur trash but can easily ask for a trash bag from service counter.
Breakfast is a sandwich with local red tea. Good enough. There r many good food nearby, so not an issue. Hualien is really easy to explore on foot.

The lobby and appearance have a modern light travel feel, but once you enter the room, points are greatly deducted. The bathroom may have no exhaust equipment. After taking a shower, the air conditioner was turned on overnight, and the whole room and bathroom still smelled of humidity. There is black mold...
There is almost no sound insulation in the room, there are spider webs🕸️ and dust can be seen everywhere⋯
Cleaning needs to be strengthened...
