開了14號線，可以地鐵到沙田站C口，然後打滴滴到民宿（車資25元左右）~
民宿位於一條茶山村上，門口，旁邊都是農田，農田有些臟亂。
優點:
1.民宿裏的鵬城人家飯店出品不錯，環境不錯。
2.管家服務還算比較貼心
3.小童玩的地方算比較大，還有人在幫忙看管，比較安全。
4.民宿裏早餐餐廳旁的開心農場，有一片油菜花，還沒開始黃。
待提升的地方:
1.雙床房裡如果有多些位置放隨手物品就好。除了床，房間裏沒有躺的地方。
2.早餐可以再有特色一些，也會成為入住亮點。

很少給差評，但這次真的太離譜，位置偏僻，周邊啥都沒有，比老家的鄉村還破舊，餐廳更離譜，價格堪比五星級酒店，味道和服務連一星我都不想給，最想投訴的是平台，這麼差的地方怎麼會榜上排名第一的，太坑人了！！！沒有任何拍照的慾望，圖片虛假宣傳嚴重

官網房間照片跟現實差了非常多，妥妥的照騙，整體環境臟亂差，房間環境很差，空間賊小，很臟亂，家人出遊，體驗感很差，前台服務態度很差，冷漠，解決問題慢，蚊子真的超多，孩子被叮了好幾口，附近也沒啥好玩的！值得誇就是接駁車小哥態度好，熱情！很無聊，晚上哪裡都沒得玩！

房子非常不錯。 2房2浴室衞生怎麼的也很滿意。 忘了帶叉電器拜托管家也很快送來叉電器。 早餐是自助的品種不多但品質也不錯。 量也足。 就是房間的叉電器充電有點慢。 走時還送了一包米。 總體5分好評

環境挺優美的，外觀是地中海休閑風度假風，有管家接送人和行李，裏面衞生感覺也很乾凈，服務人員態度挺好的，特別是管家小敏，有求必應，很可愛！
雖然位置比較郊區，但是旁邊有一個飯館，飯菜都不錯！兩頓都在這裏解決的~
酒店早餐也很豐盛，味道可以媲美市區內的四星級酒店早餐。
歡迎水果也很新鮮~是朋友來過一次推薦來的，經過我的親身經歷，可以二刷！

房間很乾凈，管家小景的服務也非常快而專業。以前就想去谷裏，但不能帶寵物所以一直沒去成。現在可以帶了，立馬訂了間別墅過去體驗。就是想提個建議：帶寵物去的話另加收的清潔費分房收比較合適。別墅和套房本來房價就區別很大，別墅的可以考慮不另收。別墅區本來就是私享空間，還要另收費的話就等於加收一個成人的房費，有點太不合理了。希望可以考慮一下實際問題。

設施：保留了傳統宗祠佈局和外觀，還有改造新建的別墅客房，酒樓性價比不錯
衞生：打掃很認真，有嬰兒床和床圍
