房間有很濃的餐廳油煙味道很嗆鼻，好像是衞生間排氣扇帶進來的，洗澡水很冷，空調是壞的用不了。房間燈光是越南小旅館風格

房間門一打開，一股下水道味道，打電話給前台，讓來看一下，沒人來，人到前台找，工作人員説要麼住，要麼退房，自己上來看房間説，這個味道算大嗎？滿房間的臭下水道味道，給我説這個味道大嗎？可能平時他們家裡也是這個味道，所以並沒有覺得有什麼問題，並且説沒有房間可以換。酒店經理上來協調之後帶我們看了其他房間，每個房間的馬桶不知道是消毒劑腐蝕的還是怎麼的，桶壁都是黑的，衞生間的門鎖沒有，是一個洞，酒店經理的回覆説是一冬天沒人住了，才打掃出來，挑了一個沒有味道的房間入住，當晚颳大風，兩扇窗户關不緊，一晚上嗚……嗚……作響。真是是沒有住過服務態度這麼差的酒店，要不是趕五一來玩，當晚訂不到別的房間，當時就退房了！各位友友門，避坑，避坑！！

很差的一次住宿，前台及酒店服務人員均是少數民族，到店後房間無毛巾，無水，房間臟亂差，普通話溝通，答非所問，酒店存在欺負內地人行為，第二天退房後，不給提供住宿清單，發票開具提供訊息後不了了之，催要發票，打電話不接，建議大家以後避坑。
