new hotel. high tech and modern. this is closer to the expressway to go to Suzhou and Hangzhou. the bidding and Toileteries are excellent quality. a bit far from railway station though. staff are very polite and allowed late checkout in request

The hotel staff is very friendly. The room is nice. The breakfast is very delicious and have many options.

1. The hotel is in a very convenient location; 10 minutes away from the old town and the bus station.
2. The room was very sleek and modern. Very clean and spacious as well. Utilities also include a robot that will deliver your food to your door.
3. The service is good, however people knocked on my door a little more than what I would like. Even with the “do not disturb” sign, I had to lock the door to be left alone.
Overall, this hotel is great and I would recommend it to others.

1.房間電視不能看報修也不來修。2.房間空調不製冷房間温度一直28度。3.洗好澡要光屁股出來穿衣服，房間設計太爛。4.早飯水果已經發黴長毛。

怎麼説呢，一直以來出差習慣了住亞朵，原本訂了別的酒店，看到有亞朵，果斷換了亞朵，沒想到滿滿的失望！ 因為攜程預訂，故而本人亞朵會員卡中的卷都用不了，那也無所謂. 沒想到 此亞朵手機信號巨差，原本自動連結的Wi-Fi連不上，按照提醒連結也連不上；再者，我要兩張房卡，告知我一個人住衹能提供一張，這是哪國的規定？ **！ 後來一定要給我安排一個同住人，才能多一張房卡，驚呆了我的三觀。 看個電視，竟然要買視頻會員，吃相有點難看了吧. 總之，很是失望.

大早上7點就被吵醒，斷斷續續吵到10點多，防盜門那種滋啦一下，然後咣噹一下關着，反反覆覆，把人都搞得暴躁了。給前台打電話找噪音來源一直找不到，説是外面的聲音，離店的時候説是餐廳後門忘記關了，進進出出的開門導致噪音，太拉胯了，本來出來想睡個好覺，大早上就被吵醒，太氣人了。
住了幾次亞朵，總有這樣那樣的問題，上次在成都衣服還給洗丟了，再也不住亞朵了！
