"Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The only downside was that the waiting time for the lifts could be quite long, especially during peak hours.
One memorable (and slightly traumatic!) experience was encountering a flying cockroach while enjoying a drink on the outdoor terrace. It landed right on my shoulder 😱. It was definitely unpleasant, but since the terrace is an outdoor area, I understand that this is not something the hotel can fully control.
I also noticed that the service standards seemed to have dropped compared to my previous visit in 2025. While the stay was still enjoyable overall, the level of service did not feel as attentive as before."
