"The advantage of Four Seasons Ivy is that the decoration is new, so everything looks clean. But there are definitely deficiencies in staff training and facility maintenance.
When the laundry detergent was empty, the staff should have taken the initiative to replenish it. However, after the guest called the front desk, a big man came with a disposable cup filled with laundry detergent and said why the guest didn't go and get it himself. The service awareness really needs to be improved.
The shower door in the room was poorly sealed, and a large pool of water would splash out after a shower. It was especially easy for the slippers to get wet and fall."

"The room was ok. We arrived late and arranged two rooms at the entrance. We added a breakfast the next day. It was hard to describe. There was not a piece of meat. The breakfast ended at 9:30, and there was nothing left at 8:30. We asked for a yogurt, but it was not brought out for half an hour. I don't know if the yogurt also needs to be made on the spot. There was not a sausage or a piece of bacon. The breakfast brought down the hotel's service."

"This hotel is very close to Fantawild, making it our top choice when visiting the park. The breakfast spread is incredibly rich, with options like oatmeal and rice cake soup, and it all tastes great! The lobby is spacious and offers a delicious afternoon tea. Our room was quite clean, and this time we were on the 20th floor, providing a panoramic view of the surroundings. There's a wide variety of takeout available, with all sorts of cuisines, including tangyuan (glutinous rice balls) and small seafood dishes. 'Yan' from room service was very enthusiastic; when we called to ask for children's slippers and toiletries, they were delivered incredibly fast. They even proactively called us when we left something behind in the room, which was super reliable! We'll definitely stay here again next time."

"The hotel address is good, parking is convenient, and the park is next to it. I went to the May Day holiday and spent a long time in the park on the last day, which was very good. GGuest UserIt was my first time staying at Atour Hotel. It was very cold and late. When Jiang Yu from the front desk helped me check in, he brought me a cup of tea to warm my hands. I felt that it not only warmed my hands but also my heart. I was drunk at the time and my mind was confused. I couldn't hear the words from the front desk clearly. I was in a bad mood and a little irritable. The front desk manager Ran Ning calmed me down immediately, checked me in and sent me to the room. He told me that I could call the front desk if I felt uncomfortable. I said yes. After entering the room, I felt that the room facilities and equipment were very new and comprehensive. The room was also very large. A few minutes later, someone knocked on the door. It was the front desk manager Ran Ning who brought me a bowl of millet porridge, sobering tea and two bottles of warm water. Seeing that I was very uncomfortable, he quickly let me drink two sips of sobering tea and gave me two hot towels to wipe my face. Atour's service is really great. , Ran Ning came in to help me turn on the air conditioner and took off my slippers and put them next to the bed. She also brought an air purifier and put it next to my bed and turned it on for me. The service was very thoughtful and I had no complaints. I woke up in the middle of the night with a sore throat and was very thirsty, but I didn’t want to drink ice water, so I called the front desk to ask for two bottles of warm water. The phone didn’t ring for a few times before Jiang Yu at the front desk answered the phone. After learning about my request, he immediately told me that it was okay and the front desk buddy would go up and send it to me immediately. I was very worried at first that I would trouble them, but the front desk acted quickly. Not long after, Jiang Yu at the front desk knocked on the door and brought me a large cup of hot water and honey lemon water from the front desk, which made me really feel the high-quality service of Atour. This was also my first time staying in Atour, and I felt the caring service that was different from other hotels. I will definitely stay in Atour often in the future

__WeChat238732****I chose this hotel because I needed to charge my car. The hotel is very large, with plenty of parking spaces, and there are restaurants and fruit shops nearby. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me some thoughtful small gifts! Breakfast was also excellent. I needed a late checkout, and the hotel front desk readily agreed, which was really great. Even the food deliveries were brought up by a robot. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Ningbo!

GGuest UserWe originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. The girl at the front desk learned of our needs, immediately turned on the light, and hurriedly brought two cups of hot water, asking the waiter to give a thumbs up👍

It was full of cars in the morning, and the security guard had to move them out. The breakfast is OK, but not rich. The room size is just right, and the bedding is good. The shower water is big enough, but it is easy to leak outside. The smart toilet is not smart, but it works. The hotel is not far from the snack street on foot, it is still worth recommending

The breakfast is good with a great variety of flavor. I just missed some cheese or ham.
Personally, the AC was set too hot, always 23°C. Anyway the windows are able to be opened.
Inside the hotel, on 2nd floor, there is also a Japanese restaurant very tasty.

The two drivers I met were a tall young man and a middle-aged master. They were very thoughtful. 👍The sister who manages the hot springs cleaned the pool carefully. The hot spring water is level one, but I was told that the water temperature can only be maintained for 2 hours. In fact, the water temperature is a bit high and the children can't stand it
