"We spent one night here to be close to the airport for an early departure. The hotel was clean and comfortable and spacious. They have some great complimentary facial products too. Warm, professional staff, I would confidently recommend this hotel to others"

"Very convenient- took the JR train from New Chitose airport (2nd stop only) and the hotel is located very nearby the train station. Counter staff are polite but they can be more polite. I arrived earlier and had to top up additional 3,000 yen to check in earlier at 12noon (instead of the standard 3pm) even though it was ready. I heard this might be a Japan norm- but still doesn’t leave a good experience."

"Chitose airport hotel is very close to the JR station around 5 mins walk. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. They can speak English as well. Hotel is clean but old. The rooms are huge as compared to other hotels. Stayed in a triple room. There is also free shuttle bus to the airport in the morning only. There are many small restaurant around and also convenient stall opp the hotel. The bus stop is 2 mins away from the hotel from the airport (Bus 6) from domestic terminal."

"My mother and I stayed for one night, primarily for shopping at New Chitose Airport. The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel could be boarded without a reservation and ran until around 11 PM. Airport information desks also provide details on departure times and pick-up/drop-off locations. For mornings, the bus operates from 6 AM to 10 AM, and you can book it at check-in. While the traditional *samue* (Japanese loungewear) appeared to be limited in quantity, each room also provided a front-opening, dress-style nightgown. We could move around the hotel in our loungewear (or the provided nightgown) to access the public bath, with the exception of the lobby and the 1st-floor restaurant. Don't expect a spacious public bath, but it was clean. The changing room offered a body wash pouf that felt too nice to be disposable, an item not available at the amenity bar near the front desk. The room was well-equipped with standard amenities like a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator. However, please note that there are only regular power outlets, with no USB charging ports. (Even by the bedside, it's just a power outlet.) A FamilyMart convenience store was located across the central reservation of a three-lane road. It was raining, but the umbrella rental service at the entrance was a lifesaver. It also seems there's a shuttle bus to Chitose Station, which I believe could save on transportation costs. Checkout was simple: just drop your card key into a designated box. The hotel is larger than it appears in photos, and the lobby is also spacious. Overall, I think this is a highly recommended hotel depending on your purpose."

"A 5-60 sqm room is a luxury in Japan, and this hotel absolutely delivers on value for money. The entire hotel feels incredibly comfortable, the service attitude is excellent, and the toiletries are also very good. Plus, there's a hot spring – at this price point, it almost has no competition. Especially now during the snow season, breakfast truly feels like a special ritual."

"To get to the lobby, you need to take the elevator from the 2nd floor (domestic departures) up to the 3rd floor. Check-in was convenient, and the room key doubles as your access card. Breakfast is included for all guests. If you want to use the open-air hot spring, you can exchange a ticket at the front desk. The room is on the smaller side, but you can fit one suitcase. It faces the airplane jet bridge, so you can watch planes take off; the noise is acceptable."

"Bed is too small for 2 persons. This hotel is located very near Chitose station. Many types of food are available, and I would recommend Victoria Station for western foods and its generous salads."

"The service is very good. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic. I don't understand the language, but they also served us very enthusiastically🥰 and helped us store our luggage for a day. But I don't know why the room has a peculiar smell. It's not smoke. It may be that the previous guests hung clothes at the ventilator. The peculiar smell is very strong. Other than that, the room is very clean and the bed is very soft. Is there a sheet under the quilt of the bed? Or something else. When you lift the quilt, it will fall out with the quilt. I don't know what the specific function is😂 I only slept for one night. The experience was good except for the peculiar smell."

"Cheaper option that near CTS airport, only 350yen bus fee to reach hotel. Hotel also provide shuttle bus to airport making it superb convenient. Room size not big but i like the breakfast here"
