"Thanks for the great stay! I was really happy with everything. I had a couple of ideas for potential improvements - It would be helpful to mention that it's a mixed-gender unit in the listing. That way, guests know what to expect. - Given the local culture here in Malaysia, offering a separate, single-gender unit—maybe by dedicating a floor to it—could be a great way to attract more guests. It would give people who prefer not to share a space with the opposite gender a more comfortable option."

"This hotel is a good hotel to stay they have a small fan inside the room which is rare nowadays and also aircond which can make your room colder. Bed quite good but the space quite limited if you have a big lugage u might need more space which room i staying at cannot offer because the space really limited (im not joking) and their bathroom can occupied one person but i love the mirror which separate the toilet and shower area ... besides their room service employee quit nice i did ask for more tissue towel and they hands me along the bottle water as i did not request for room make up so i had no complaint about that .. and i love their basement parking which u can enter your floor directly from the parking area .. they also serve a very good breakfast i really love their phrata and dhal gravy .. one thing that i would like to highlighted is their check in time STRICTLY 3.00PM !!! I arrived at their hotel around 245pm and ask for early check in but they did not consider that which is a little bit why im not satisfied😌and consider this area at night time more yunniang/ahkua around😂be careful because they also staying at this hotel but no worries they did not disturb others (i think so) unless u really good looking men🤣ahh last but not least at Sunday they have flea market infront of the hotel and this hotel is walkable to Kinta Riverwalk where you should try Miker Pizza really goodddd !!!btw thank you for accomodate me might be coming back again !"

"Budget hotel. I spent about rm50 after discount Water is too slow but heater is functioning well, aircond abit noisy but cold. Pillow a bit old but not smelly and still bearable No toileteries provided Sound proof okay okay.... Overall quite satisfied for budget hotel, had a good sleep before working next day."

"staffs are helpful and friendly , room is spacious , yoilet is clean. someone want to go tambun for any purpose can book this hotel , recommended , easy access to foods .and near to buddhist temple and KPJ specialist or pantai hospital"

"Service is tip top. Everyone is very polite and friendly from front desk to door men to f&b staff. However the room could be better. The water pressure is not strong enough and there's something wrong with the mixer tab because halfway through showering the water will turn cold. Another thing is the WiFi speed, it's too slow."

"Overall, my recent stay at your hotel had some truly delightful aspects, alongside an area where I believe there's significant room for improvement. The ambience of the rooms was absolutely lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and comfort they provided. A particular highlight for me was the bath gel – the white tea and camellia scent was so captivating that I actually purchased it to use at home! It's rare to find such a memorable amenity. However, I was not very keen on the front counter service. I found it to be too cold and not particularly friendly or welcoming. The interaction felt impersonal, and I believe that the initial impression at the front desk is crucial for guests to feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive. I would strongly suggest improvising your front counter service. By fostering a warmer and more approachable demeanor, your staff can ensure that guests feel genuinely welcome and comfortable from the very start of their hotel experience."

"Very good hotel for business traveler with own transportation, due to it a bit far from town. I like the bed quality, very comfort. Plenty of parking lot in-front of hotel. Breakfast just a simple local food, not many choices. But it’s ok telly with the price charge."

"Although location was good, parking definitely was a problem if you gonna park at open space parking which was a distance from the hotel. I had a difficult time during arrival when requested to park at another parking lot near to hotel as hotel parking was full. In addition to thunderstorm which you can imagine how terrible and horrible it could be when you need to carry your stuffs from your car to shuttle van. 😓 Somehow bathroom lights need to be replaced."

"Perfect 3days stay in premier room, it’s clean n nice mattress n pillow I feel very comfy to stay btw. Staffs is kindness with good smile. WiFi issues keep disconnected until the last day the whole day WiFi is totally not working till I check out still same. Overall is good"

"The hotel is located strategically: restaurants, convenient stores, morning market, night market, stalls are all accessible. The room service is commendable; helped us to keep the room tidy. The staff are friendly, especially the receptionist guy at night. We will probably go back to this hotel if given a chance."
