Could not get reservations in but one restuarant, had to eat buffett every night which was so so, they had contruction above our room had to call desk at 1am to ask them to stop twice to get sleep, were ants in bathroom was reported and nothing done. Still very beautiful resort. Just hard to get dining reservation before 9 pm. Long way out of town for fishing trips, mall and night life. Great for rest relaxation and familes that wNt to chill. No good entertainment.

Our experience here was somewhat ok however, the lobby had strong perfume odors not good for people like me with asthma. We were not allowed to eat in one of the restaurants despite closing 40 minutes after we arrived. We submitted a complaint and no one call or email about that. We were told to go to other restaurants which I found very disrespectful knowing we paid for an all inclusive to have options. Not to be told where to eat. The Spa and their staff were amazing. We will not stay there again or recommend this place. GDP

Our stay was overall great. The food was okay I was expecting it to taste better. We requested to upgrade our room to ocean view and we got moved with a garden view….. when I went to take a shower I noticed the tube had some black spots in the corners and was not cleaned. My husband complained the next morning and finally moved to a nicer room.

This resort is authentically Mexican, which we enjoyed. The flora is absolutely beautiful. It is walking distance to the ferry to go to Isla Mujeres. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The pools are nice and clean. The food is also good. The one issue that we had is that we could not get into a restaurant during our stay since you need to make reservations well in advance of your arrival and ******* did not provide us with this information. Omar, Raul and their Manager helped us resolve that situation. They were more than willing to listen to us and we sincerely appreciated their help and support. Overall, a nice vacation.

The staff were awesome. We loved David with the pool activities. He made the games so fun for our kids. Hotel rooms are beautiful and kept very clean. My kids loved the room service.
The only down side is how far excurssions are from the resort

It has become too expensive. We miss the Japanese restaurant. The breakfast buffet was great. It was very difficult to make dinner reservations. The servers and maid service and all employees very welcoming. Pedro on the evening shift in the buffet room, very special service. Eric on the morning shift the same.
