We spent two days at the hotel. When we arrived the evening we saw that there were two towels, we asked for a hair towel. The first time they were ignored, the second time they brought a large body towel. There was already one shampoo, one shower gel and hair conditioner, but the second one was missing. When we went to bed in the evening, the sound of water from the person taking a shower upstairs It was so busy that we couldn't sleep. The lamp in the toilet was broken. They had built a kitchen in the room, but there was neither a kettle nor a glass of anything. They only put two half-litres of water in the refrigerator. The room was not cleaned the next day. No new water was brought to the refrigerator. The hotel needs to be designed. It was very mediocre in terms of cleanliness. It was thought that it would show off with the gold cabinet handle, but it looks very simple. The breakfast was a few days old pastry. The cheese was spoiled. Even the tomatoes and cucumbers were not fresh. We were not satisfied with anything. It is a boutique hotel, but it is even remotely close to the term boutique hotel. Nope. The walls of the hotel seem to transmit sound so much as if they were made of paper. We could not see any effort for customer satisfaction.

We got a suite room, for 5 people. One twin room and one double with convertible bed/sofa. Not a smoking room. Very nice And quiet. Staff were kindly. Breakfast at roof was great i post some photos. Breakfast was separated for smokers and non-smokers guests. Iron and iron table were also in room. Mini bar and air conditioning were fine and ok.

I wanna give 5 star for this stay. Cause they so helpful. Also when I went to there they were host to me like family. specially i wanna tell thank you to hotel manager for fruit plate. Now this hotel my first preferred location in Isparta. Also there have a average breakfast.
