The service is very good The location of the hotel is close to the city center. The reception staff is wonderful, especially the receptionist Hussain nice and speaks English, which made things simple and very helpful and gives an overview of the hotel, the city and the surrounding areas of the facility, He is very cooperative and a sophisticated person to deal with, and he has good experience in hospitality and reception, and the cleaning staff is good to deal with, very helpful, and the rooms are clean.

There was no hot water, the linens smelled of cigarette smoke, the room was not cold, I was not cold. Cleanliness was slightly below average. Breakfast was good. I didn't get an invoice. The price is okay in terms of performance.

Açıkçası otelden hiç memnun kalamdım odam çok sıkıntılıydı.
