When I was in the room with the suitcase, there was no room for my husband, he was waiting in the corridor, then my husband came in, I waited outside. It was impossible to stay at the hotel even for one night, despite the long journey. The front desk clerk said that the room change is not possible until the next day, but this will not solve the problem as all the rooms in the hotel are the same! We tried to seek help on trip.com, where we booked the room, as we were assured of consultants 24/7, unfortunately none of them responded. In the middle of the night, with suitcases, we left the hotel in search of another accommodation in decent conditions, at least in sanitary conditions. Needless to say, despite the withdrawal from the contract, we could not count on a refund (reservation for 9 days). Other guests (a group of Serbs), also in despair, found themselves in a similar situation. Be warned about this smelly and claustrophobic hotel with unprofessional service and a disrespectful attitude towards guests! Unfortunately, also in front of the trip.com broker who, instead of support, spreads his hands helplessly.
