Convenient to get to the city centre and full of life, street is very noisy but I like that. Hard to walk around and kinda dangerous but cars seem to look out for you. Also the hall way smells like either wet carpet or food. Not great smelling food… The restaurant is extremely expensive, I mean $29. (aud) for vanilla ice cream and a coffee. The server is about the same as anywhere else. That was ridiculous and a latte cost about the $13.15 (aud) where about a two min walk the coffee cost $6(aud) A bowl of soup and two fried eggs cost $29.55(aud) And honestly if it wasn’t for Jack at the front desk I would have thought of changing hotels. A wonderful young man with manners and helpful. The female staff only ever smiled at me when I was leaving. 14 days and ignored by them. Other staff member tried not to make eye contact except one bell hop he was very friendly as well. Cleaning staff did an ok job but my sheets never got changed bed was just made. Towels are a premium as you only get one and a floor mat. The mini bar nothing under €8 which is madness. I’d expect it from a top level hotel but not a nice hotel. That was disappointing. At one point I had to check if they charged me for a coffee because it was at breakfast and I only wanted a coffee from the pot pre-made. I wasn’t charged but it’s at that level. Most guess bought water and drinks from the fuel station and the shop. I think they losing out on convenience for profit. Heard a few guess complaining about all sorts of things but for the price and two staff member I’d say yeah I’d stay anywhere else. Knowing you’ve got guess from international travel you’d think they have a movie channel or something but no. Bring you lap top and hdmi cable to entertain yourself.

This was my first hotel that rules, before you book look at the rules. The rooms were really nice they were big and clean. The front desk people were a bit stiff not to friendly but the guy that takes your luggage is super friendly and will help you

Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with my stay this time. I've been coming to the same hotel for 3 years, but the quality seems to be getting worse year by year. This will likely be my last stay here. The towels were only fully stocked on the first day. After that, towels were missing every day. Also, water used to be complimentary and available next to the kettle – now you have to pay for it. Even the used coffee cups weren't automatically replaced with clean ones. They were only changed after I complained. The shuttle service has also deteriorated: it used to have 3 cars, then 2, and now only 1. Plus, the shuttle used to be available 24 hours, but now it's only until 8 PM. It's a real shame, as I used to genuinely enjoy my stays here. Unfortunately, it's very clear that both service and quality have declined. For this reason, I won't be recommending the hotel to anyone.

It was okay. The front desk staff was a bit arrogant, and they had a rule against bringing outside food into the hotel, but no one actually checked.

-Greedy place, not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside, food there is 4 times expensive than the 250 meters away restaurants, which are amazing. -Room service are really annoying, don't understand "Don't Disturb" sign, many times. -Same for the restaurant guys, don't understand that red light for "Don't Disturb" -Curtains weren't working, in a really sunny day, I couldn't sleep well, plus for the annoying room service people, -They don't supply water, the water bottle is for 3 euros, -Room service didn't supply any towels, they took it all in last day, trying to make me purchase them too? Maybe -No visitors allowed (didn't need, thank god 🙏🏻) -Very expensive, yet poor breakfast, 20 euros. (didn't have it, but I took a look)

The hotel service is good, and the hygiene is excellent.

Overall, excellent service. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks luxurious and clean.

I love the stay and the hotel recipients are veey helpful,lost my phone on the taxi,Miss Zehra and Mr Cenk helped me find, Mr Furkan was a very helpful to take the shuttle to Taksim square,i love the stay and surely will stay here next time.

Extremely clean, superb location, excellent facilities, and wonderful staff behavior. This hotel is fantastic.

Glad I picked that hotel it's very close to taksim square and surrounded by lots of good bakery and shops also they provide free shuttle service.

Overall, our stay at Naz City Hotel was lovely. The facilities were excellent, and most of the staff provided great service. However, we had a disappointing experience with one of the receptionists — a lady whose behavior was quite rude and unprofessional. At times, it felt as though we were not paying guests. This was the only downside to an otherwise enjoyable stay.
