A nice hotel tucked just behind Isteklal Street in a calm and quite environment. I met more than 1 people at the reception and each and everyone was kind and helpful in different ways. Our taxi driver initially had some difficulty in finding the hotel so he called the hotel and the receptionist/manager himself waited for us around the corner of the street to help us reach the location. The accomodation itself was very clean and tidy. The washroom was adequately stocked with accessories, however a soap dish besides the basin counter and inside the shower cubicle would be nice to have additions. Rest all was as advertised.

The air conditioner dripped water on us while sleeping on our bed.
The hotel advertised giving free breakfast but there was no breakfast.

It was a nice and clean hotel in a very great neighbourhood.
Downsides:
- there was no holder for shampoo or soap in the shower
- we only had soap on the first day, and there was no replacement for it.

Location is good because the hotel is just behind Istiklal street in Taksim.
But the rooms are very noisy and every door movement, the elevator and other guests can be heard very loudly throughout the night. A restful sleep is therefore completely impossible.
Clean rooms and towels are also not given.
