5-7min walk to the nearest metro. Hotel is clean, and offered a free upgrade to make up when there was a miscommunication issue.

Positives: The rooms are spacious, but the furniture and bathroom show wear from age and use. Breakfast was very good. Negatives: The hotel is located in an industrial area, not much to explore around. The SPA practically consists only of two saunas (separate for men and women), hammam and changing rooms, which are also used by the hotel staff. There were no bathrobes in the room, so we had to ask several times both the lobby staff and the SPA reception staff before we got them. During peak hours, the main reception appears understaffed, resulting in slower service than expected for a five-star hotel.

I always go here. I find the location ideal if you have your own transport; otherwise, it's a bit more difficult. The staff and hotel are superb. Hygiene is excellent.

Fantastic hotel experience in İstanbul. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options. Great location with easy access to the city by car. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely great experience staying in this Hotel. The only downside is the location away from all if the attractions. Other than that, absolutely satisfied with everything. Spacious, nice breakfast, room cleaned properly daily. Really enjoyed our stay.

It would be hard to ask for more. Obviously there is always a room for improvement but I have to say that the crew is far pro than anywhere else I have been in this town. Will always come back here. The location is not in the heart of the old town but with 20€ top you are anywhere in the European side of the city.
