The view from the hotel was really beautiful. But the window glass was a cloudy, so photos didn’t come out very nice… but everything else was perfect. The room was cleaned every day and kept tidy. However, when we stored our luggage, one of our suitcases got damaged and cracked. We didn’t notice it until we were already on the way to the airport. It was probably just an accident, but still a bit unfortunate.

The location is absolutely superb! It's just a short walk to Big Ben and the London Eye. The only slight drawback is that the room is a bit small. However, considering everything, I think it offers good value for money. I would definitely stay here again on future trips. The hotel service was decent, and the breakfast was a typical English breakfast.

Amazing hotel and nice stay. Great location. Staff were all amazing! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again! They made us feel so so special. Brilliant hotel!

Back on that familiar street. The front desk staff were just okay, but the bellhop was helpful. However, the room was really nice, and the bed was very comfortable. I skipped breakfast. The location is incredibly convenient. It has that classic charm, but time has certainly flown by.

Great for families with kids. The suite perfectly accommodated both adults and children, with a double bed on one side and a sofa bed on the other. The only minor issue was that the bathroom facilities weren't the best; water tended to spill out from the shower. However, the location was excellent, very close to the London Eye. I took some photos of the views outside.

Great location. The room felt a bit cramped, possibly because it was a triple room. It's just a short walk across a bridge to the London Eye and Big Ben. There are also some decent Chinese restaurants nearby, but be prepared for shockingly high prices.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by Westminster Bridge. Directly across the street is the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel, which I imagine has even better window views. Our 7th-floor room offered glimpses of the train station and The Shard. However, the 2nd-floor rooms did have a bit of an odd smell. The hotel gets quite busy, so expect queues for breakfast and the elevators. It's wise to avoid peak dining times. The breakfast itself was good!

A Beautiful hotel. Easy to go any attractions. Very clean. We had some issues with the drapes the first night, it wasn’t able to block the light. The hotel changed our room and gave us a complimentary breakfast, which we really appreciate.

We booked a suite with a balcony so my family could smoke. Hotel prices in London are quite high; a standard room might offer better value for money, but the suite didn't provide good value for money. Breakfast was decent, and the view was okay.

This was my second visit to the UK, and although it was a bit disappointing because it rained, I especially enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very friendly.

Not allowed to storage the luggage, had to get it within the day , as I go to Amsterdam and be back to London , actually I have booked the rest of stay when I’m back , once I know that no storage service be provided, I booked another hotel and cancel the booking

Loved our stay here! Super friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms. Location is just around the corner from Waterloo so a great choice if you’re catching the train there.
