Hotel staff are excellent. The photos on trip.com may not correspond to the room style but staff honoured the one shown. Room is very spacious and clean. Private onsen is very nice. Hotel location is very convenient and many good dining options withjn close walking distance. Parking is conveniently located next to hotel and it’s free. Staff even valet parked our car when we checked in. The front desk lady we dealt with is probably one of the most helpful, patient and polite hotel staff we’ve met. If I manage a hotel, I would want to hire her.

The room is big and the bed is comfortable. The hot spring is also very good. There are not many people, which is basically equivalent to booking the whole place. The snacks are also delicious. You need to make a reservation for the private bath, one group per hour. It is easy to make an appointment now. I am not sure about the peak season. The only disadvantage is that it is a little far from the JR station. It seems that there are other places. I have the opportunity to stay there. The hot spring was taken when there was no one.

First visit to Ito Onsen. Choose this casual inn. From the window of the Western-style room, you can see the scenery of the kindergarten and the city on the other side of the river, giving you a sense of openness. At night, the riverside is lit up and it is beautiful. The open-air bath is so-so. A stray cat crossed in front of me several times while taking a bath. In the restaurant, each table is blindfolded. I can't hear conversations because there is an interval. Dinner and breakfast were on the same table, but it wasn't by the window, so it was a little disappointing in the morning.
