The location was great. Check in was a bit bothersome but is possible fill in the travelers' information part offsite. The tatami was thicker than usual ones, which was a pleasant surprise. Simple toiletries provided. There was a family staying right beside our building 107 but no sound was heard, which means soundproofing is excellent.

I saw the review and understood guests had troubled to check in. I encountered the same problem. I did not receive any check-in code a day prior check-in. Luckily, I got the help from a Japanese to call Rakuten and then got the check-in details. Communication needs to improve for sure. Other than that, we had a happy stay.

After confirming your reservation, you'll receive an email with the door code for self-check-in. After check-in, you'll register your details using a tablet. You can also chat with the staff remotely. The apartment is very cost-effective, and parking is conveniently located right at the door. The basement has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. The upper floor houses the kitchen, living room, and tatami area. There's a stove and plenty of utensils, though the range hood's dust filter is a bit unhygienic. There's a washing machine in the bathroom, complete with laundry detergent. I'd definitely stay there again. If you're interested in booking, you can check out YouTube videos to see the experience.

The accommodation is located on the seaside of Itoshima Pier. You must drive to get there. The accommodation is in the form of a holiday home and can accommodate up to six people. There are parking facilities at the door, which is extremely convenient. The accommodation is a two-story format. The first floor has two double rooms. The bathroom and toilet are clearly separated, which is very convenient. Upstairs is the kitchen and another Japanese-style bed, as well as the living room and kitchen. There is a huge dining table in the middle for guests to cook. The bathroom is fully equipped with all household appliances, such as irons and vacuum cleaners. Ironing boards are also provided. I especially like its washing and drying machine, but it takes a long time to start up. There is also a dryer room in the shower room for drying clothes. Apart from the inconvenient location, I highly recommend that you try staying overnight.

The check-in password received by email was wrong, and I needed to contact customer service to reset it. In cold weather, I stayed in the wind for 30 minutes.

It was clean and had a wonderful new home feel. However, it was a bit of a hassle to check in and the kitchen facilities were not very good. Everything else was good, so I would like to use it again in the future.
