I went for a last minute booking at Helen inn and I was not disappointed at all. The room was neat and tidy. The staff was friendly. They are so helpful that they helped me in getting medicine from pharmacy as well. The owner is a very good person. They are approachable and make sure that your needs are met at the best possible way. I will definitely recommend it to everyone with a family to book there. You will not disappointed

I visited Izmir for a city break and stayed at this hotel. The location is very central, It was only 5 minutes taxi ride to Alsancak which is very lively area of Izmir. Clean and value for the money. The owner is very helpful and has a great city knowledge.

It was a place I've stayed in before, but it has more and less expensive facilities. They are also animal lovers. The filter coffee served in the morning was priceless, thank you. ;)

The room was very small but very clean and new with large windows. The bed was very comfortable, unfortunately a lot of noise from rooms and doors until early morning.

This is not a hotel, this is an apartment, they even took us to their annex building, one street away. We stayed there. Furniture and cleanliness in the apartment conditions were in average or even good condition. On our last night, a huge cockroach came out of the air conditioner and started crawling around in the pipe. We were happy with everything until that moment. It was easy to reach everywhere in terms of location and neighborhood.
