The face towels and bath towels in the bathroom are individually packaged. The hotel's Front Desk Agent No. 5 provided very thoughtful service; the staff were enthusiastic and attentive, check-in was quick, and they resolved issues promptly. They met guest needs, which was very heartwarming. There's also self-service ice cream and popcorn – perfect for when you're craving snacks, and you can even take them into your room to enjoy while watching a movie."

"The cinema king-size room I booked exceeded my expectations. The projector display was clear, creating a fantastic ambiance. The king-size bed wasn't too soft, and there were two types of pillows to choose from: memory foam and down. It's very close to Guangji Bridge and Kaiyuan Temple, so the location is excellent if you're planning to explore the ancient city. The service was also genuinely great and worth mentioning – Manager Xiao Huang was incredibly attentive, responded to requests super fast, and proactively offered various tips and guides. Overall, it was a perfect experience, far exceeding what I expected!"

"The inn is right in Paifang Street, just a three-minute walk from Guangji Gate, making it super convenient for watching the light show and visiting Guangji Bridge. Our room was on the second floor, accessible by elevator. It was very spacious, clean, and the bedding was comfortable. It even came with a smart toilet, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. The owner was really welcoming; they upgraded our room for free, and when we mentioned wanting to make tea, they even gave us extra bottles of mineral water."

"The facilities are complete and it is very convenient to take the last high-speed train to check in. And there are many restaurants nearby! But when I checked in, there was a little cockroach on the bed. In fact, the room was very clean, the smell was fresh, and the room was large. It probably crawled into the room along the drain!"

"The room furnishings are all new and very comfortable to stay in. This room is spacious, and the tatami mats mean you don't have to worry about kids falling off the bed while sleeping. It also comes with a refrigerator, massage chair, smart toilet, bathtub, and projector, making for a great stay. The front desk offers 24-hour service, and they'll bring anything you need to your room, so service gets full marks. We had unlimited access to the swimming pool, which the kids loved. In the evenings, we watched movies in the room and played in the bathtub."
