My only slight issue was a strong liquid air freshener placed on the floor for deodorizing. The scent was quite overwhelming for my personal preference. Guests who don't like it can simply remove it or hand it to the front desk. The water dispenser was brand new, offering cold, warm, and hot options, complete with paper cups – perfect for making a nice cup of tea. I wasn't sure if the two plastic cups in the room were meant for rinsing or for tea. I didn't get a chance to ask the front desk, so I opted not to use them."
