"Traveling with a friend's family on a self-drive trip through Xinjiang, we booked this hotel in Urumqi and thought it was pretty good. The hotel is a bit older but the facilities inside look quite high-end. I heard it belongs to the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. The surrounding area is nice, though parking was a little tight."

Even the hard-to-reach corners of the bathroom were spotless. Overall, the hygiene was excellent. **Facilities:** A variety of room types, complimentary laundry service, a breakfast buffet, free pick-up service from the station, Wi-Fi in public areas, an elevator, and humidifiers. Some room types even feature a “Forest Oxygen Bar Egg” negative ion air purifier. **Service:** The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. **Surroundings:** Close to Youhao Meimei Shopping Center and Wanda Plaza (about a 10-minute walk). It's about a 20-minute drive to the Grand Bazaar. There are several universities nearby, offering a wide array of dining options. **Summary:** With its convenient location, warm service, and relatively new facilities, this hotel offers great value for money, making it an excellent base for exploring Urumqi or for business trips!"

"Adding to my previous review. I booked a standard room for my friend, and it was also excellent. Most importantly, I left something at the hotel when I checked out, and Shumen (姝梦) went above and beyond to help me. She reviewed the surveillance footage and finally found my item. Although it wasn't valuable, her attitude was incredibly heartwarming. She even thoughtfully stored some pastries I had left with her at the hotel and gave a handmade gift to my son. She is truly a diligent, responsible, and caring staff member. I strongly recommend the hotel recognize her for her outstanding service."

Right outside, there are bus stops and multiple taxi stands, so whether you plan to use public transport or easily hail a taxi, there's no waiting. For first-time visitors like us, Manager Zhao proactively provided a detailed city transportation guide upon check-in, patiently marking the best routes to major attractions. She even helped us book reliable taxis. This proactive and thoughtful consideration made us feel incredibly at ease. **III. Elegant and Comfortable Interior Environment** Stepping into the hotel, the interior environment immediately impressed. The lobby is spacious and bright, with elegant and tasteful decor that blends modern style with ethnic elements, instantly conveying a sense of high quality. The guest rooms are generously sized and well-laid out, with bright, clean windows. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. The soundproofing is also excellent; despite being in the city center, the room remained tranquil, completely undisturbed by outside noise, guaranteeing a high-quality rest. **IV. Spotless Hygiene** The hotel's hygiene can be described as ”spotless.” From the public areas of the lobby to the guest rooms, strict management standards were evident everywhere. The floors gleamed, and the bathroom facilities sparkled clean, without any water stains or grime. The bed linen, duvet covers, and towels were white and soft, exuding a fresh, sun-kissed scent. Every time we returned to the room and saw our belongings neatly organized, it brought a special sense of comfort, demonstrating the meticulous and efficient work of the housekeeping team. Finally, I must once again highlight Manager Zhao. From booking confirmation to check-in and check-out, she consistently provided professional, enthusiastic, and smiling service. Upon learning it was our first time in Urumqi, she proactively shared many local dining spots known only to residents and tips to avoid common tourist pitfalls. When we encountered a minor issue, she coordinated a solution immediately, with high efficiency and genuine sincerity, making us feel cared for and valued like family. This kind of above-and-beyond personalized service was fantastic. All in all, I would unhesitatingly recommend this hotel to all my friends.
