Barcelona Hotels with Jacuzzi

"We have not received our deposit back. We checked in late at night after several flights, and the process was quite slow and exhausting. At check-in, we paid an additional €110, which included breakfast for two people and a deposit. However, the deposit has still not been returned. Moreover, the hotel now claims that the payment was only for breakfast, and they have informed us via email that they will not refund the deposit. This contradicts what we were told at reception, where we were assured that the deposit would be returned shortly after check-out. We did not expect such an issue from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, as this was the first stop of our journey, it left us with a rather negative impression. The hotel is quite remote. We were told the view would be of the city, but in reality it was of the highway. The pool was closed. The breakfast was good, but it ended up costing us 110 euros (if the don't return a deposit)—which is too expensive."

"The location is superb, right on Passeig de Gràcia, just a 5-minute walk to Casa Batlló. Various luxury brand stores are right downstairs. There are also all sorts of small shops on the side streets, catering to every shopping need. The concierge service was excellent; they proactively helped with luggage and always greeted us with a friendly 'hello.' The breakfast restaurant offers a semi-buffet style, and the à la carte portions are incredibly generous. We didn't realize this on the first day and ordered too much. I suggest the restaurant staff could advise guests about the portion sizes. The room itself was standard, but I was in a connecting room on the 2nd floor. Every morning and evening, when people upstairs took showers, I could hear very loud pipe noises, which significantly disturbed my rest. Finally, some items in the mini-bar are complimentary, but the staff didn't replenish them proactively daily. We also had to specifically call for the daily complimentary bottled water for the room, which wasn't a great experience."

"I stayed at this hotel during my solo trip, and overall, most aspects of my stay were good. The room was comfortable, and the general service met my expectations. However, my experience at breakfast was very disappointing and left me feeling uncomfortable. When I arrived for breakfast, the staff member did not check my room number or booking details. Instead, he seemed to make an assumption based on my appearance and directed me to a different breakfast area downstairs. The way he spoke was quite rude and dismissive, simply telling me “your breakfast is downstairs” without any proper explanation. When I went there, I found that it was actually a group dining area with very limited food options. At first, I thought it might be temporary or due to some issue, but I later realized this was a separate, restricted breakfast intended for a group booking. This was very upsetting, as I had paid for a full breakfast like other guests. I returned to the reception to clarify the situation, but the experience had already left a negative impression. Being directed based on assumption rather than proper verification felt inappropriate and, honestly, discriminatory. No guest should be treated differently based on how they look. While the hotel has many positives, this incident significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the management addresses this issue seriously and ensures that all guests are treated fairly and respectfully in the future. Otherwise, the hotel is good, specially mentioned one girl working evening in coffee area was very friendly and nice, she guide me some place to visit"

"The staff were friendly, and the accommodations were even better than I expected. Montjuic was nearby, so it was a quick walk! I'll definitely be back next time I visit Barcelona."

"Although it is a bit far from the city center, it is close to the subway and bus stations, supermarkets, and restaurants, so I think it is a very convenient and good-value hotel. Amenities are minimal. The front desk staff were all very friendly and kind. There is also a small market near the hotel and station, and the supermarket there was also nice."

"Great hotel to be close to Cataluna Center as I wanted to take the blue bus back to the airport .  Clean well partition room and bathroom spaces with added perk of balcony seating. Hotel was so nice to keep my luggage.  Great perk to provide complimentary cava sparkling wine and coffee Nespresso machine capsules."

"I booked this hotel because I was looking for one close to Plaça de Catalunya! It's in a great location for getting around, and the room was clean and nice! It seemed well soundproofed too, so I slept really well. There's a pool on the rooftop, but it looked like it wasn't operating in February. It would be great to visit in the summer, but even now, with the slightly chilly spring weather, it was wonderful! All the staff were friendly, which made it even better! If I ever come back to Spain, I'd love to stay here again."

"It's located on the edge of the city center, within walking distance. The stylish, clean building itself gets me excited. I stayed in a junior suite-like room, which was spacious, had just the right amount of air conditioning, and even had a sauna, separate from the bathtub. The refrigerator (minibar) never got cold. The sauna was incredibly comfortable, and I used it every day of my three-night stay. The toilet required some effort to flush, and sometimes it was too weak and didn't flush properly, which was frustrating. The bath had a jacuzzi, and the amenities smelled lovely, which I was very satisfied with. I used the ones I brought with me, but there were also combs and toiletries in the pouch. There was also a scale. The hair dryer was heavy and old, making it very difficult to use. The hotel is a bit old, but considering the grandeur and elegance of the hotel, it didn't bother me. It was clean and comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. On some days, they even provided welcome drinks and chocolates in the room, which I appreciated. Breakfast was in the basement, a bit dim and gloomy, but the selection was plentiful, and the bread in particular was delicious. There were only three side dishes, and I felt the dessert selection could have been a bit more varied (especially considering the high price of breakfast). The hotel staff were all pleasant and helpful, and I was very grateful for their assistance with personal travel issues. I would recommend this hotel to my friends."

"A very kind and welcoming woman at the reception who explained everything in detail; city maps and guides are also available on site. The room fully matches the photos and includes towels, a hairdryer, shower gel, and an air conditioner with adjustable temperature. Sound insulation is not perfect, but during our stay there were no noisy guests, so it did not affect our sleep. There is a shared fridge and microwave near the reception, which is very convenient. The location is excellent: a quiet and safe area with shops, cafés, and public transport nearby, and about a 35–40 minute walk to Sagrada Família at a relaxed pace. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for convenient, comfortable, and safe accommodation close to the city center."

"This hotel feels a bit stingy. Communication with the front desk was difficult; I suspect it's Italian-run. It offers very poor value for money. The breakfast is expensive with very few options. The location is quite remote, and public transportation is scarce. For those driving, the parking fees are excessively high."
