$60.00 damage deposit was not disclosed at booking, but was refunded the day after leaving. Breakfast items were gone and not replenished after earlier crowd.

Traveled with kids … loved the breakfast.. the suite was perfect very spacious…. Wish there was a hot tub .. if u click on directions from ******* it takes you somewhere else but I typed in th address and found the place … will definitely stay again

At check in the lady that checked us in was very polite and helpful. However, when we left to go to an event and returned later there were 2 young men at the desk who did not welcome us as we entered but instead as my daughters and I passed the desk we heard snickering and my eldest daughter who is heavy set looked back and by all appearances the young men were making fun of my daughter. To say the least not professional behavior and put a damper on our stay there.

All was very good except that the shower pan was slippery. As I stepped into the shower, I slipped and fell completely to the floor. Thankfully I was not hurt. The shower pan was slippery over all and I had to be especially careful throughout my whole shower. There was a grab bar on the far side of the shower that could only be reached by getting all the way in. There was nothing to hold onto on entering the shower. Being 72 years of age, those things are significant. When I reported the experience to the receptionist, I was informed that the shower was up to code. If that is the case, it is scary.

Every staff person was amazing and kind. Aiden was especially helpful.
The location is just on the outskirts of town, but I was still able to walk to some places.
There is a nice place to eat right next-door, as well.

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and a great size, the shower was amazing (best water pressure I've ever experienced in a hotel), but there was only shampoo in the shower, no conditioner and no shower gel. Instead, there was a bottle of body lotion. Also, there were some leftover goldfish crackers in the heater that were missed by housekeeping (obviously put there by some mischievous kids, lol).
They were very pet friendly as well; I have two dogs I travel with, and they made sure I was in a room that had easy access to an outside door.
Unfortunately, the bed was far too firm and the pillows far too soft.

The rooms are nice and clean, and the breakfast is good. The pool is tiny though, don't trust the photos. The check-in was very frustrating. The hotel/Orbitz sends you a message ahead of your check in stating that you need to use the Hilton app to get a digital room key. This doesn't work. Once you get to the hotel, you will still have to go to the front desk to check in. The agent at the desk said the digital key does not work for Orbitz reservations, and they have no access to the info since the app is not connected to them at all. A frustrating process.

I love how clean and well maintained this property is. We stay here periodically as it's on the way for a long drive to visit family, and it's easily one of the nicest hotels we frequent.
