The table service I would say is excellent. The modern structure. I would say the young lady at the reception is very helpful and kind. Good and plentiful breakfast. Finally a clean room. I gladly go back.

Great place to stay. Warm, welcoming, helpful staff. Excellent location. 2 Minutes from beach, (loungers and umbrellas reserved and provided free from hotel), 2 mins if that to main street for shops, restaurants etc, same for bus that gets you to waterbus and/ or to airport. Great breakfast. Beautiful pool. Had an excellent stay here and would return tomorrow. Room/bathroom a bit poky but comfy enough and great value for money. Moreno's restaurant 10 min walk, very nice.

A great transport hub to venice and surrounding areas. Great location for the beach. Is quiet off season but Piazza Trieste has life and some lovely bars and it's 10 mins away by bus. Mauritzzio the hotelier was really helpful. Great stay!

very bad breakfast with cheapest ingredients, the rooms need maintenance too: when we arrived the entrance key broke, then jalousies broke down and heavy towel holder fell on my foot. all in all not on value, avoid this place

DANGER!!!! The hotel canceled my booking prior to arrival. Apparently my credit card could not be verified. I wanted to stay at this hotel for Ironman 70.3 Venice and made reservations 6 months in advance to get a good room rate. After my booking was canceled by the hotel, I wanted to make a new booking and was shocked to find that the room was said to cost more than twice as much. A price increase from 320 euros to 700 euros !!! I'm sorry, but the fact with the unverifiable credit card is just an excuse in my opinion, after probably realizing in the hotel that you can earn a lot more with this room this weekend. Absolutely dubious behavior and rude behavior when I called the hotel to clarify any complications. I would really stay away from that!!

We stayed only one night in this hotel booked at the last minute for a late night arrival. The availability in the welcome allowed us to spend a peaceful night in a simple but clean environment complete with every comfort. Upon awakening, an assorted salty and sweet breakfast set us off for a new day. Excellent quality-price relation. Much appreciated kindness of all the staff.

I only slept one night, a structure chosen on the fly with Booking. The hotel was clean and tidy and the guy on reception was very kind and precise in directions. the quality / price ratio is excellent, but some improvements or updates especially in the room should be done. The air conditioner/heat pump in my room was a bit noisy.

4 of us stayed in the hotel annex. Excellent and spacious room, tidy and modern. Cleaning ok. The only slightly disappointing aspect was the breakfast, not very well stocked and plentiful but for the price it's ok, recommended, the location quite convenient to get to the beach
