酒店環境設施設備齊全，環境優美服務態度特別好，衞生也乾淨，還有免費的熱飲給我喝，一進門就給我倒了一杯熱茶，可見貼別的貼心，點外賣都是機器人送到房間超級的方便附近就是萬家麗店鐵站去五一廣場橘子洲嶽麓山的話直接坐地鐵就可以了，樓下就是超市和便利店想買點東西的話走過去就行了，房間的衞生也是做得非常的乾淨整潔，特別是床上的用品非常的舒服

廁所堵，沒有洗髮水，洗澡像游泳下水口堵。床墊不好一轉身就亂七八糟，不是套上去那種。枕頭有味道。
