首先衞生間裏很多小蟲子。其次床品是有損壞的，前台人員並沒有提前告知，而是自己反饋才跟你説是酒店的原因。最嚴重的是噪音特別嚴重！第一天晚上凌晨兩點多被嚇醒兩次，早上七點不到就傳來裝修的聲音，跟前台反應無效，第二天同樣不到七點就有裝修聲！！！

①地理位置:萬達公寓B座
推薦落地佳木斯，打車定位“萬達公寓B座”比較準確，不要太信出租車司機，我隨機攔了個出租車去的酒店，給我送錯酒店位置走了😓；
進一樓前台是保安，然後再往裡一兩步就有指示牌標明幾樓是什麼酒店，坐電梯上去即可；
根據指示牌到的樓層是酒店前台位置所在樓層，具體房間樓層會根據前台小姐姐給的房卡上房間號而定；
樓下隔壁棟就是萬達，在另外一邊隔壁是家樂購超市；
②前台服務:挺好的
前台小姐姐服務態度很好，免費升級了房型，前台這裏按金200💰，退房時會原付款路徑返還（秒到賬很快）；
③衞生情況:有利有弊（總的來説利大於弊）
升級之後的房間是1.8m床*1➕1.2m床*1；
酒店該有的免費產品和服務都有提供（如:衣架、衣櫃、一次性拖鞋、浴巾毛巾、一次性洗漱用品、礦泉水等等）；
衞生間鏡子很大，帶有三色補光功能；
房間有一個小沙發（但是這個是缺點，真的巨巨巨臟，就是肉眼可見很多小污點）不建議坐，或者帶個什麼東西墊着隔開坐；
沙發前面有小茶几桌子，可以用於吃飯點個外賣；
衞生間毛巾不算很乾凈，輕微發黃，沒敢用；
衞生間下水道會飛小飛蟲，洗澡不太推薦；
床品顏色還算白凈，輕微潮濕感覺，可能洗完沒幹；
④設施情況:
房門像正常入户門那種，帶鎖，帶可視貓眼；
電視（小米牌）目測40寸左右，信號一般，但能看；
帶有個小廚房，沒什麼電器，衹有一個電熱水壺（不算缺點，簡單描述情況，因為也沒打算用廚房做飯）；
帶有中央空調，可以遙控器調節，但是聲音較吵；
房間隔音效果還可以，睡眠過程中未聽見屋外聲音；
牀頭櫃衹有一個，另一個床頭是一把椅子；
