Great price for value! Nice and spacious rooms with complimentary water everywhere in the hotel. Good location and the Korean street with big choice for restaurants. Small gym and laundry with ironing available. The hotel stuff is very friendly and helpful!

I went there with high expectations because there were a lot of posts saying they were friendly, but with the exception of an older woman who seemed to be the manager, not a single person was friendly. The woman was kind!! Even when checking in, there was no explanation about free noodles in the evening or breakfast or anything. I just gave the room key with a blank expression and it was over. There was no coffee machine for breakfast in the morning, so I asked the restaurant staff, and they told me to ask the counter staff. When we asked the counter staff, they told us to ask the restaurant staff. They told us to ask each other. The conclusion was that the manager had to do it. But maybe because there was no manager, the coffee machine didn't work. We asked 3 times, and all 3 times the staff responded. They didn't give us any guidance... They didn't even explain whether there was a manager or not. Other than the manager, the other employees seem to have no idea what's going on and don't know anything about the service.. Also, I tend to enjoy all the food, but I was surprised that the breakfast was really bad.. The room condition is good and there are many restaurants nearby. But the service score is 0 I give 2 points because of one friendly manager..
