衹能説挺一般的，房間正對門，看起來風景很不錯，但事實上感覺睡覺很沒安全感，隨便一人木門一推就能看見我的房間全景，害我都不敢不拉窗簾，拉上窗簾嚴實後又看不到一點的風景，無語....衞生間的窗簾不全遮光，差評，床頭插座就這一個，無語子，電視網絡內容少，網絡還特別特別差....被子還是破的...

🚗 交通：就在西塘景區外一點，特別方便

酒店位置鬧中取靜，步行走走2分鐘就是商業街，距離景區也很近，房間性價比很是很高，小哥哥幫忙升級了房間，空間真大，性價比真心高，房間裝修簡單大方，也很衞生，推薦！

挺不錯的一家民宿，裝修風格時尚現代，開始訂的一樓房間，後來前台小哥以很便宜的價格幫我升了三樓帶浴缸的房間，面積挺大采光很好，旅行住這裏挺舒服的，不比一般的星級酒店差，客棧外面出去一百米就是商業街，有許多平價的餐館和小店，消費比一線城市的景區低了不少，可能因為我來得時候剛好是淡季，人不多，晚上睡在這裏挺安逸的，適合睡眠淺的人。後面因為一些事情續住了幾天，前台小哥給的價格也很優惠。前台人長的很帥，也很熱情，打掃衞生的阿姨人也不錯，感覺整個店都挺有人情味

🚗 交通：很方便，打車來的就在馬路巷子裡邊，距離景區30多米進出非常的方便。
🧹衞生：房間很乾凈
🍃環境：小院子給人的感覺很棒，有小時候回老家的感覺，院子裏貓咪很可愛

店家是個小哥哥，人長得帥服務又好，因為是白天去的，還幫忙優惠代買了景區門票，有微信管家服務，住宿贈送的酒吧歡樂時光套餐，駐唱都挺不錯，漢服體驗3小時粧畫的也好，下次去還會光顧。

服務很一般，也不能延遲退房，説是五星好評可以延遲兩點，更不理解的是還沒到退房時間12點店家就通知阿姨敲門打掃了，就很懵，12月的天氣也沒熱水，店家説給我們可以換大床房，但是我們訂的是家庭房呀，中午出去吃飯回來門鎖開不開門了，店家又過來修的，體驗感不是很好，衞生還行，來玩的話推薦景區裏面的民宿，也不用門票了，街道的第一面還可以的，店面不大但是味道不錯

環境：100多塊錢訂的房間，環境説實話遠超預期
服務：管家服務很貼心，會給推薦西塘遊玩路線
