房間的隔音很差 晚上11電多 樓下的KTV還在唱歌 導致整個房間很吵鬧 歌詞都能聽清楚 向前台諮詢有沒有耳塞 説沒有 我認為 既然這個情況經常發生 為什麼酒店沒有提前做好預案？任憑發生

進房間有股味，晚上十二點隔壁KTV還在K歌，跟前台打過幾次電話，未能阻止，吵的沒法入睡，一點又被蚊子咬醒，手上被蚊子釘咬的包包圖片可見，真心不推薦。

我們是晚上12點到的酒店，用攜程可以選擇兩間雙床標間，前台告知衹有一間了讓我們選擇一個雙人標間一個商務大床（價格不同），結果和朋友分開住了，第二天我們兩個人居然都住的雙床標間，但收費確是一個標間一個商務大床的價格，打電話找酒店給的回覆就是，我們已經入賬了沒辦法了就這樣吧，簡直就是欺詐，非常非常惡劣的欺詐。在居住的時候房間裏的衞生地毯非常臟很多污漬，都有點粘腳，第二天早上洗澡沒有熱水，擦洗的浴巾居然都破了是那種一看就反覆使用反覆清洗洗破的那種，居然還提供給客户，房間沒有拖鞋後來退房以後説拖鞋放在房間門後面的櫥裏，試問一下你們怎麼不把拖鞋藏的更嚴密點呢？誰家的拖鞋不是放在櫃子邊上顯眼的地方？酒店也沒有早餐即便花錢買餐券也是沒有，前台告知本酒店就沒有餐廳。這次的住宿體驗可以説是我多少年來沒碰到過這麼差勁的，嚴重不推薦
