經常住，服務部錯，周邊商場超市很多，購物中心也有，購物很方便，住了很多年…..一直都住的，..出行也方便..

非常不錯的酒店，環境很好，交通方便，到嘉興南站有直達公交車，到嘉興火車站也很近，南湖和月河街走路就能到，子城就在酒店對面，酒店服務很好，衞生乾淨整潔，房間大，視野開闊，高樓層的房間看外景很好！下次來還住這裏👍👍

入住體驗極差，入住第一天枕頭套都是破的，入住第二天和前台説要打掃衞生，被套給我換的還是破，到晚上11.30左右廁所全都是水，浴室水下去堵死了，和前台説了，然後上來一個大叔慢條斯理的，雖然浴室水下去了但是廁所裏面還是有很多水都快12點，第一反映不應該給客人換房間嘛，我又給前台打電話問她怎麼給我解決，她説那就給你換房我衹是無語了！！！第三天要退房的上午我打電話給前台我問退房時間，前台説12點，我説不能免費給我延遲到2點嘛，她説不行要20元一小時，我直接就下去退房，什麼破酒店無語至極！！！

酒店地理位置很好，就是江南大廈的高層樓，離公交車站和有軌電車1號線很近，去哪裡都方便。離旭輝廣場也很近，步行也就幾分鐘。酒店的設施有些陳舊了，電視37寸的，房間面積還可以。房間衞生乾淨。服務員態度好；早餐不錯，可以吃飽。其它都滿意。

房間還行，門口遇到個保安態度極差，不是停車費的問題，我入住酒店也掃了停車碼，憑什麼不能問為什麼還要付錢，什麼意思真的是，衹配當保安這種人，反正這輩子都不會住這裏了，朋友q，抖y也會第一時間給大家避雷
