設施：房間很寬敞，但是大温泉池在裝修
衞生：衞生打掃的很乾凈
服務：服務挺好的
早餐:早餐種類挺豐富的，是自助形式的，餐品沒了廚師會及時補充

訂的是大床房！房間特別小，服務特別差。馬桶下水還有些不好用。淋浴緊挨着馬桶。用了一次性馬桶墊直接濕的。房間不隔音隔壁嗷嗷的。下去温泉服務員還告訴錯的路，最後還嗷嗷説誰知道你們幹嘛去，我們就是問了温泉從哪出。温泉就開一個很小泡池。沒有浴袍，要帶室內浴巾。汗蒸服有沒有一次性內褲。總之陳舊

此酒店在網上定是一個價 等到了酒店一定給你安排最差的房間，服務很差，噪音擾。到了酒店大堂才告訴你正在拆樓頂的温泉池子，房間破舊有味，大堂接待人員態度惡劣，再也不去了

很不好的一次體驗，酒店衞生環境不好，服務態度不好，結算時還差點多算錢，還有，酒店床單小孩子吃東西弄臟了一點，強行扣30元服務費，服務員態度惡劣，很讓人氣氛。相反，攜程網站客服就很強，不僅服務態度強，解決問題的能力和速度也相當強，比起來差距太大了，給攜程點贊！！
