設施：全季酒店的標準水平
衞生：還不錯，有點水漬啥的，自己擦擦就行
環境：來看演出，距離場館近，方便
服務：前台提前電話告知情況，還根據到店時間留了房，就挺貼心。機器人送餐忙不過來，工作人員送上門，贊一個！

住過多個城市的全季，這家是最令人氣憤的，不僅僅是不滿意。為什麼？且聽我慢慢説。
晚上開了幾個小時的空調製冷後，發現温度完全沒降下來，始終保持在28度多，完全沒法休息！！！
晚上9點多鐘打電話問前台後，才獲告知中央空調壞了：衹要開啟，就有幾個房間漏水，根本堵不住，所以開了一天的空調後，第二天衹能停用！！！至於房間高温，客人沒法休息的問題。客服給出的解決辦法是開窗讓外面的冷空氣吹進來，讓房間降温；並給一把風扇我們在房間使用。
開窗一晚加上風扇的效果如何呢？結果是房間內的温度從晚上的28.1度升到次日早上的28.3度。由於開窗無法關窗簾，早上五六點鐘天亮後，整個房間通亮，根本沒法睡覺了！！！另外，因為酒店地處繁華鬧市區域，開窗後，馬路上的噪音就全部傳到房間內了，一晚上都很吵，完全無法安睡！！！
最後，為了避免風扇直吹人體導致感冒，拿風扇對着窗口吹，加強室內外循環，結果耗費一晚上時間，仍然沒作用！！！
兩個大人帶小孩就這樣在高温噪音中煎熬了一整晚！！！我就搞不懂，你們前一天就知道空調壞了修不好，就不能早點通知我們，讓我們有選擇去其他酒店的權力。酒店的處理方法是隱瞞不告訴我們，要打電話才説原因。可這時候已經晚上9點多了，我再上哪換酒店去？明知是坑也衹能待坑裡苦敖一宿

住過無數家全季，這家的硬件屬於中等偏下水平，衞生間淋浴頭衹有一個活動手持的，房間設施也有點舊，每層60個房間就一部電梯，每次等電梯要要等到抓狂，工作人員的服務態度不錯，最大的短板是酒店沒有停車場，且不提供任何停車優惠，門口收費停車場六塊錢一小時，隨便住一晚玩半天就一百多停車費，第一次遇到完全不管停車的酒店，作為自駕出遊愛好者，下次絕對不會再選這家。

房間值得推薦噢，主要誇一下工作人員，人超級好，態度真的非常好，沒有一點不耐煩，服務一點不輸國際五星，地理位置也很好，步行去芙蓉街、寬厚裏、恆隆、趵突泉就行，交通方便，離濟南站也很近！早餐也是較為豐富的，推薦入住。

住過我有史以來最差的酒店之一，平時商務出差都是住全季，但是我第一回看到了這種比如家還差的酒店，如果達不到商務標準，你就早點説，隔音是完全沒有的，他衹是用板子隔了起來隔壁説話可以聽得清清楚楚，關鍵入住的時候不知道，第二天一早上5點多隔壁人説話把我吵醒了，是那種清清楚楚傳進來的聲音就完全沒有隔音。而且房間又小，沒有沙發，沒有衣櫃，桌子都沒有！！！有史以來最差的體驗，以後出差我都不想再出全季了。
