整體不錯，位置好，環境好，不過走路需要小心，空氣濕度大地面瓷磚和台階很滑，孩子到那裡就摔了一跤，送兩張早餐券，但是多帶一個小孩要加收10元，小孩吃不了兩口，感覺不划算最後沒加錢，我沒吃讓兩個孩子吃了，兩個孩子一共吃了一個小饅頭和一小小碗麪，感覺既然送早餐券了，索性小孩就別收費了，要不然還不如不送，小孩子吃的一丁點可以忽略不計了。另外過生日去前台借火機，前台説沒有，讓出去買，這點小東西前台應該可以提供的，可能住的酒店太多了，有比較以後就會比較挑剔，總之還是挺不錯的，位置確實好！服務待改進！

總枱小姐姐和酒店經理服務態度特別好，還幫忙提行李，還跟我們詳細講解了周邊的景點怎麼去遊玩，房間設施也滿意，出行也非常方便，如果有親戚朋友過去旅遊一定會推薦。

對比了很多酒店位置也簡單瞭解了一下做了個功略，之前也看了評論説位置好，入住了果真沒有失望，位置很中心就在火炬廣場入口這，旁邊就是茨坪舊居，服務態度好值得點贊
