I returned home from my trip here yesterday with a 1 year old. Firstly the room is fine nothing wrong with it except could do with some bottled water being in there. The hotel is extremely noisy struggle to sleep as at around 10pm people start going back to their rooms and you can hear everything that is going on you can hear people turning baths and showers on in their rooms whilst in yours you can hear them screaming as they go down the corridor on their balconies on phone calls trying to sleep was very very hard due to this no signs up asking people to be quiet as they go back to their rooms. The opening times for everything is extremely odd and leaves you feeling very bored kids club is only open for 2 hours in the morning 10:30-12:30 so if you want to have some time to your self or have your children visit kids club it’s got to be this time every hotel we’ve been too has it open pretty much all day maybe with a hour break inbetween but till 4/5pm latest. The pools are opened at 11 which considering most hotels we’ve been to guests are allowed to use them from like 8/9am I thought this was ridiculously supposedly they were closed at 5 but on one day we were kicked out before 5. They start tying ropes around the pool which I think was a little pointless since they were easy to climb under but also not the safest if someone who needed a mobility aid to get out of the pool. There was not really much else to do at the hotel especially not for younger children there was a lot of bad wind on one night and me and my little one just stayed in our room as it was very bad. Nothing to do in hotel at that time would be nice if they had opened kids club Food was horrendous there was also ANTS in the dining hall. It looked like the food had been cooked a million times and just kept being reused. It was undercooked, tasteless poor selection some days were exactly the same thing for both lunch snack and dinner the snack options are awful too! Only ok thing is the bread and the sweet stuff. I can say that the drinks were surprisingly good since I always go to hotels and they not quite right so that’s a slight bonus I didn’t have alcohol from the hotel though so can’t comment on that. Fridge is very very small. You can’t fit much in it so don’t buy loads of drinks to put in there at once.

Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The ambiance upon entry was inviting, yet the **rooms were notably smaller than expected**. A significant issue was the **unsteady bed**, which, due to its wheels, moved with every turn, making sleep elusive during our entire week's visit. The **air conditioning was non-functional**, which, coupled with a **drainage-like odor** that lingered for the first few days, made our stay less than comfortable. Dining options were disappointing, particularly for **vegetarian and vegan guests**, with limited choices and sometimes incorrect **food labeling**. Inquiries about food preparation and allergens were met with uncertainty, as the **kitchen staff seemed uninformed**. However, the hotel did provide excellent facilities for children, with an engaging **kids' club** and **clean, well-maintained pools**. Taking all factors into account, including the need for improved accommodation comfort and more inclusive dining options, I would rate this hotel with **3 out of 5 stars**.

I arrived here 2 days ago, staying for 7. Me, my partner and our two girls. Having stayed here several years ago and enjoyed ourselves we decided on coming back here for the splash pools. Unfortunately we havnt been able to use it yet as all four of us have sickness and Diarrhea from the first days eating. The food is stone cold, poor quality and often raw. I appreciate this happens but reading other reviews its happening far too often. So our hard earned holiday is being spent fighting over the toilet and cleaning sick up. If your budget can be stretched assure you choose somewhere else as this has gone so far downhill its becoming embarrassing, but your holiday is what you make of it, so be sure to be eating out alot at Benny Hills or Tom browns. Even Mcdonalds is a higher standard and lucky there is one close by. Shame but truthful and honest review.

The hotel is clean and the staff are lovely. However, when we went 25th to 29th April 2024 (not school holidays I might add), the hotel was filled with children running around in all areas including the dining room and lifts unsupervised. In the dining room it was virtually impossible to have a conversation because of the noise levels from screaming children. Food isn't great (merely my perception) and was cold at breakfast and evening meals, whatever time we went. There is no proper lounge area and the entertainment at night was geared mainly towards families. We did not have an indication that this hotel was being promoted to families. So if you want a peaceful relaxing stay, avoid this hotel. I don't think the hotel will be troubled by my review as they are clearly making their money from families but someone on here might find it useful.

If you are wanting a relaxed friendly atmosphere then DO NOT book this hotel we have stayed here a number of times before always outside of the school holidays but something has changed and the place is completely overrun with screeching feral children and negligent parents I will never come here again the breakfast room is like Armageddon the poor staff need ear defenders the noise is so excruciating the brats run the corridors shouting and abusing the use of the 3 lifts it is simply awful here

Whilst this hotel was for us, in a good position away from the noisy bars , it lacked in other things. The room had a fridge, which was great but no kettle, €3 a day for one, no air conditioning, we where at the south-west side do we hot afternoon sun and the rooms became really warm. Breakfast was eye-opener, shows how greedy some people can be,plates piled high of pastries and not eaten, left to be binned, still in pyjamas, get dressed ! Plenty of fruits for choice but unfortunately the hot breakfast was not hot, everything was cold, talking to other guests this also applied to evening meals too, also mentioned kids out of control too ( we were B&B) All in all, fine for putting your head down for the night but if you want a more relaxing hotel, try the one across the road .
