Rooms a little bit tired. Swimming pool only allowed in with hat - but frustrating. Restaurant closed at random times and very early during the week. Many customers had nothing to eat.

剛入店，管家小陳就加了微信，有任何事小陳管家都會盡可能的去滿足，服務超級棒，真的十分感謝！環境肯定是不用説了，泳池超級美，順手一拍即屏保。版納宜人的氣候加上酒店這美麗的景色整個人都飄了。早餐是素食！酒店接送機的轎車特別高級很舒適，總之非常滿意的行程！下次帶父母和孩子去感受一下，對了還能看日出哦！絕佳的位置。

酒店有機場免費接送，15分鐘左右的車程。酒店環境不錯，泳池維修，觀景台風景也很不錯，可惜的是住了兩天都沒看到日出。房間寬敞舒適。有茶具可以泡茶聊天。如果硬件設施是五星標準的話，酒店管家小董的服務就是超五星！從安排入住到旅行建議有求必應。帶我們坐觀光車在園區參觀，非常感謝小董的服務

小紅書上搜到的望天墅，看一眼就很喜歡，立馬預訂來度蜜月了。雷管家非常給力這裏要誇獎一下，送了很多免費水果飲料，還送了我們早餐券。137平小情侶住很大很舒適了。聽説我們是第二天4點多的飛機，雷管家還主動幫我們退房時間延到下午2:30，幫我們預訂了免費送機，晚上下山吃飯酒店還會安排車接車送，非常nice！是下次還會再來的一家酒店，體驗感很好！但是唯一美中不足的就是離市區稍微有點遠，告莊夜市啊，等等吃的需要打車去市區。這裏屬於嘎灑鎮，據説是全版納房價最貴的地方，哈哈哈 各有千秋啦 總體來説非常貼心好評
