The place was very clean and welcoming. Despite the CV situation, checks and acceptance as a foreigner were extremely easy which was appreciated after a long days drive! Easy to locate and good out front parking - located nearby many eating places of course. Very friendly staff and good breakfast as well!

到荊門公務出差，兩個晚上的住宿安排本來是在星*國際大酒店，住了一個晚上後，隨行人員執意要換一個酒店。於是在攜程上找到了這家酒店，離火車站了近，方便我第二天乘火車。入住酒店後，頓生相見恨晚之感。覺得這個酒店房間內各種小細節很人性化，比如，進門擺放的消毒酒精噴霧瓶、多用手機充電線、已消毒提示卡、網線、無需密碼連接的房間 wifi等，讓人住的舒服、放心、安心，給我留下最深印象的是服務員都很熱情，尤其是前廳常麗
霞，跟家人一樣，讓我從此記住了這個城市。房間更有酒店免費送的水果，令人非常驚喜，大廳還有免費的零食和茶水，晚上還有晚安之粥，真的非常棒，如果再來荊，我的眼裡衹有“她”--凱萊.世紀大酒店。

酒店的服務給我的印象最深刻，前台的金鳳和娟娟和餐廳的員工都非常熱情有禮耐心細仔的服務讓人倍感舒適，房間還提供免費的礦泉水和咖啡，酒店大堂還有免費的水果及飲品供客人享用;早餐的牛肉麪和餛鈍特別好吃，地理位置優越，停車也方便（免費）;總之，絕對優質酒店。

本來都已退房返程了，又臨時多住了一天，這個房間也是重新裝修過，整體還好，就是樓下KTV太熱鬧，另外早餐沒有之前豐盛

澳門旅遊回國，第三次來到朋友老家。入住荊門世紀酒店，酒店無論從前台，客房和餐飲服務都熱情禮貌。特別感謝客户服務的兩位人員，細仔主動提供了收納盒，早餐中西兼有，麪條特別好吃，裏面好多魚糕，荊門不鄉是湖北的魚米之鄉。
