It‘s really good. We really enjoy our stay. Room is nice, modern, clean and more thN enough amenities. Breakfast also good Location also good. Many restaurants nearby. Only 2.5km to Jiuzhaigou scenic spot. Only 300m to the pick-up point (Xingyu hotel) if you take bus to Huanglong scenic spot. Staffs are also very nice & helpful. They let us check in early & give us some take-away breakfast cause we check out early, cannot have breakfast there. They introduced us a Tibetian restaurant, really decilious. High recomend you guys stay here. (Pics are the take-away breakfast they gave us.

The hotel location is perfect near the entrance of the park. The service was excellent, all the staff went out of their way to help us search for bus tickets and find alternative when ticket was sold out. Really grateful for the service. Breakfast has a wide selection, chinese, cereal etc. Also met the lady boss of hotel who is nice to chat with and also gave advice. Highly recommend ! Location best, lots of restaurants, even McDonald's, KFC, Chagee, Mixue ... all nearby. A few local supermarkets as well.

The electricity in the area went out on the first night and there was no backup generator at the hotel so had to wait for electricity to be back on. There was floor heater on the first night but then on the second night, reception said that the room does not provide floor heating and the warmth on the first night was from the central heater, which was clearly not true because we can definitely feel the difference from floor heating and heating from “central heater”

Good location and about 10-15 mins walk to Jiuzhaigou park entrance. Was disappointed that the room booking did not come with the free transport as mentioned in Trip.com, but hotel staff was able to provide contact to do carpooling, which is about the same price as taking a bus. Amenities are good and clean. Lots of restaurants and there are also some supermarket around the area. There is also a shop within the hotel and the things are very affordable and have long opening hours, so there is no need to go out if you need to buy stuff (I bought a jacket as I did not prepare thicker jacket)
