來濟源出差訂了這家酒店，位置很方便，酒店環境不錯，服務也很到位，進門就有客户經理接待還送到房間，那個姐姐我不記得名字了，好像叫素什麼，很熱情周到（7月12日下午上班的那個客户關係經理），下次來還會選擇世紀酒店哦

老酒店，掛牌四星。大堂寬敞，前後院免費停車場。前台業務熟練。客户服務經理李春風主動熱情幫忙用行李車把行李送到房間，聽到我們説房間裏煙味太重，立即與前台聯繫換了一間房子。晚上送了一小盒當地特產-濟源土膜，味道不錯，酥酥脆脆。房間不算大，床鋪也比一般酒店的床要窄一些。衞生間小但還是做到了乾濕分區，但潔具太舊了，也不是品牌貨，水龍頭銹跡斑駁，淋浴間裏牆面清洗不徹底。餐廳是單獨的餐廳樓，早餐不錯，種類比較多，特別驚喜的看到了竟然有脱脂奶，營業時間也比較長（7:00-10:00）。晚餐點了一個黃燜豆腐，很好吃；一個焗藕夾味道一般。今晚在餐廳吃晚飯無意中看到操作間裏一幕……。請原諒既然是掛牌四星，自然要用四星的標準來衡量了。客房應該重裝了。某種意義上來説軟件彌補了硬件的不足。

朋友推薦住到濟源世紀酒店，感覺真的很不錯。我是5月31號入住的，前台的服務員按我的要求安排到五樓。房間不大，但設施齊全，應有盡有。房間很温馨免費提示，比如退房時間15點，免費擦鞋等，還有插座孔用塑料按鈕封住，即安全又美觀，洗髮水用的是力士的大品牌。酒店還免費送了濟源土特產冬凌草茶。早餐種類雖不是很多，但對於30元的價格已經是很美麗了。服務人員都是笑臉相迎。這裏還有直達鄭州飛機場的大巴，每2小時一趟，真是太方便了。

自助早餐，品種不是很多，但服務人員周到熱情，服務態度好！特別是大堂經理盧素芝還送來了小禮物和貼心果盤，還給推薦了實惠的魚餐。一次不錯的感受！

房間乾淨衞生，服務態度非常好👍，服務員看到了我家孩子，還給了玩具。我打了前台電話要水，兩分多鐘後把水給我了，看我們有三個人就多給了一副牙刷，還送了水果和濟源特色伴手禮，一定要五星！下次來沁陽還定這家酒店！

第二次來這裏住了，因為上次印象很好。但現在感覺房間略陳舊了些，我們的房間通風不太好窗户開不大有一點悶，好像給的角落房。早餐沒有之前那麼好了，但也還可以比較豐富。還在他家中餐廳吃的晚餐，烤鴨不錯，但後悔沒吃火鍋更加合算好吃。哦，洗車服務怎麼也沒有了。送的濟源冬凌草茶很好，雖然苦但感覺敗火對嗓子好。

服務：周到貼心，送水果和純凈水，有需要能及時滿足，還送小朋友禮物，進出電梯和餐廳都有人迎送，對諮詢服務很耐心。

優點，有濟源特色伴手禮，有歡迎水果，位置好，早餐不錯。缺點：房間打掃不乾淨，看中攜程上寫的下午4點退房，我帶家屬出差辦事，入住時確認過下午4點退，結果在2點左右就打電話催退房2次，3點左右直接有服務人員刷卡開我房間門。不知道是酒店的問題還是人員問題，作為老牌高檔酒店在裝修和服務上都沒有優勢
